I really hate to give a poor review because the girls that work there are so nice. Customer service is great. This was my second time there. My first visit went OK. This time, I ordered chicken and noodles w/mashed potatoes, and a roll. I had an issue with everything but the roll. It was so bad that I tried to call and speak with someone, three times, and got no answer. If u want ice cream or fries, this is a good place. However, stay away from things like chicken and noodles or anything that is not fried or grilled. I didn’t expect something great. But I did expect to get what I paid for. A little butter and milk goes a long way with instant potatoes. Water, a ton of pepper, and flakes is what I got. The noodles weren’t much better. I didn’t use the word chicken, bc there was not one pc of chicken that I found. Again, customer service was great. And the girls are so nice.

My family loves stopping in for ice cream. Hurricanes (blizzard) are always stuffed with tons of toppings. So many different drink options. Classic cheeseburger, cheese fries, and shake is the best lunch!

Never had any complaints, until the chilli cheese fries changed, used to be a big Styrofoam container now you get a tiny fry and a tiny cup of cheese and chill. Some of the best coffee in this town though

We’ve had good experiences each time we’ve been here. Food, ice cream, or coffee has always been good. If you’re in the mood for a classic cheeseburger, cheese fries, and a milkshake, this is the place to get it! Their hurricanes (blizzard) are always full of toppings. My kids love their slushies. Tons of flavors to choose from. Their prices are very reasonable. They have a walk up window and drive thru.

I travel back and forth for work and Frankfort is a work spot for me on occasion.. I stopped by Hawaiian Ice after meeting the owner Kevin out working today and it was really good!! I like grabbing snacks on my way home from work and Hawaiian Ice was a great spot for just that! I had a delicious cheeseburger and the fries were really good fries! Also had a nice hot coffee with it being cold out.
Highly recommended as a pit stop if you’re in this area !
