Wonderful experience. My husband and I always love coming here, but today was the first time we brought our three kiddos. They loved the food and the atmosphere. A great experience. The only thing that disappointed me was that they got rid of the specialty soda options that I’ve always adored. Still, worth coming out. The food is as amazing as ever.

Update 8/22: Going to have to find a new location or something. Customer service was so sweet and helpful when it came to fixing this issue but when I went back to get my food that I was so excited for, just to drive home which is 20 minutes away and find a hair in my food. I have blonde hair, so this isn’t mine. It was touching my macaroni salad. I reached back out to customer service (because they asked me to let them know how my next visit went) and I haven’t gotten a response. Not really sure if I’m going to be craving Hawaiian Bros for a bit. Really disappointing…
I love this location, I order here pretty frequently and usually have had no issues besides sometimes not being acknowledged by staff, but that doesn’t bug me enough to stop me from ordering from them. I ordered today using my birthday coupon for that large plate and usually the chicken is really good but it seemed to not be as fresh today? It tastes like it’s been left out for a bit which is really disappointing.
Other than that, the portions are always good, and this location is one of the best to go to.

Good food, but poor drive-thru service. One of the two items I ordered was missing, and when I came back there was no apology or friendliness at all. The employee didn’t greet me or give a farewell either time. Customer service could definitely be improved.

Bintou was awesome. Greeted us as we walked in. Took our order. Checked our rewards to see if we had any and applied them. Then came and checked on us while we ate. Love this place and she is a big reason.

Am I leaving this review for the free dessert? Of course. Does Shenelle deserve a glowing review regardless? Also of course! And, for anyone curious, the 4 star for the food is because I also eat at places like Mi Dia. This is not Mi Dia, nor is it trying to be. That doesn’t mean the food isn’t delicious.
This was my and my husband’s first time at a Hawaiian Bros. It will not be the last. The food was solid. Not the most amazing thing I’ve ever tried, but for the price and quantity, I am more than happy. I got the basic teriyaki meal, my husband also tried the garlic based one. Both were very delicious, and I am looking forward to the leftovers. The menu is simple and straightforward, and Shanelle did an excellent job of explaining how it works. She was also able to provide suggestions and help us make up our minds, which can be quite the feat. All of that, on top of being just generally delightful. If you need a quick easy bite to eat, definitely worth giving this place a try.
