I first tried this restaurant on a business trip to Dallas and really enjoyed it, especially the Molokai chicken. I was excited to see that there was a location here in Georgia, so I ordered the same dish.
This location operates as a hub/kiosk, so orders are placed online and ready for pickup or delivery within about 10–15 minutes. When I got home, the food looked great—hot and fresh—but I was disappointed once I opened it.
I paid extra for additional protein (chicken), but while it initially looked like there was more chicken, it turned out to be a layer of rice hidden underneath to make it appear fuller. In reality, I received a scoop of rice, a flat bed of rice underneath, vegetables, and the standard amount of chicken.
I spent over $20, including the extra $4 for additional chicken, and did not get what I paid for. The food itself tasted good, which makes the experience even more disappointing.

The food was pretty good but I agree with other reviews that the chicken is a little too salty. Portions were standard for the price. I would say this was a fine introduction to Hawaiian food. There wasn’t a physical location near me, so I picked up my order in a locker but it was still warm.

Food was a little over priced and the portions were small.I ordered the spam musubi and unfortunately they informed they were out of spam after I had already paid so be mindful that their menu doesn’t reflect what’s available.

Ordered online the classic plate and another side of mac. For something that’s $16 this is completely ridiculous. It looks like something made in someone’s house. Very tiny portion. Looks half eaten? Nowhere near how Hawaiian food is served. Looks like greasy mall Chinese food. And the Mac salad looks more like macaroni and cheese. Please shut down. I pray! Look at your reviews already! Who runs this place, AI?

This was my first time ordering Hawaiian Bros. from a ghost kitchen, and it doesn’t compare at all to the service and portion sizes I received in Chicago. The portion here was extremely small for $17.81—I can only imagine how tiny the $12 lunch special must be. I also didn’t receive the teriyaki sauce packet, and since it’s a ghost kitchen, there was no one to speak to about the missing item. Overall, this experience was disappointing, and I won’t be returning to this location.

My nephew ordered this for us today and it was absolutely delicious. Best food I’ve had in a while. My only complaint, if you don’t have veggies, don’t just give us extra rice, ask if there’s something else we want.

I decided to order this online to try and I have to say I’m very disappointed in the food I got for what I paid for. I think I will just make the drive to waikiki hawaiin bbq place instead.

The portions sizes are a lot smaller than what I’m use to. The mac salad was a bit salty and I didn’t taste any other seasoning or flavoring to it, plus it had a oil like mouth feel to it that I did not enjoy.

I subbed out the rice for the mixed vegetables. The portion size for that was very small at well. The vegetables were over seasoned with salt and pepper. All I could taste was salt and pepper and it was too much on the portion I had.

I’m upset because I subbed the rice out for veggies and find out you guys also put rice on the bottom of the meat. I would have not purchased rice on the side if I knew that. It was cheaper to get the rice on the side than the mixed vegetables. The rice was gummy in texture.

The meat I was expecting just meat and not rice on the bottom, so it looks like you don’t get a lot of meat either for what you pay for. I understand the company is Kansas based but I’ve had better Hawaiian food than this.

Over $40 bucks down the drain. Will not recommend. Should have just looked at the reviews.

I ordered delivery last night. The chicken was good, a little salty. The Mac salad was disgusting. It was nothing but mayo. I know how Hawaiian Mac salad should be and look like. It was disgusting and ended up in the garbage immediately. Will not go back. Waikiki Hawaiin BBQ is actually authentic and knows how to make Mac salad.

The food is always incredibly fresh, flavorful, and satisfying—everything tastes amazing and is made with care. The portions are generous, and the quality is consistent every time. The service is just as great: the staff is friendly, welcoming, and fast, even during late hours. One of the best parts is that they stay open until 2am, which is perfect for late-night cravings.
