So yummy, cold brew was nice and strong and the matcha is a touch sweet for me but still good. Super sweet staff were understanding when a kid in our group knocked over a rack of tshirts and even helped us pick them up. Will definitely be going back, probably with the kids in a stroller. Would recommend possibly having a second high chair for the moms that want to grab coffee together.

The best healthy food in The Shoals! I travel frequently and have yet to find a bowl and smoothie better than theirs. Haven sources most of their produce locally as well which is a double win. Enjoy the sunshine during your breakfast or lunch on their patio while you eat.

If you go, everything on the menu is good. BUT the PB&J bowl is incredible – highly recommend! It’s my go to after a run. The staff here are so sweet and have been nothing but nice each time I’ve been. I recently met the owner and am really excited to she where she takes this menu and business!
