Cute little coffee shop! A much-needed addition to Auburndale’s little downtown. Their “Haven” flavor is delicious and the coffee is super smooth- not bitter at all. My mom had the “Operation HoHoHo” Peppermint mocha and my husband had the nitro cold brew. Both were very happy with the flavor of the coffee. Good dairy free options. Pleasant workers and good customer service. You’ve got to try it!

Haven Coffee is a great spot with very good coffee and a nicely decorated space that feels warm and inviting. The pastries are excellent, and the menu offers a variety of coffee options, each explained in a very clear and friendly way. Prices are on the higher side, but the quality definitely matches. The staff is fantastic, with great service and attention. It is an excellent place to enjoy a to-go coffee while sitting outside and taking in the park.

This is the second Haven Coffee location, and the first one in Auburndale. You need to try this place not just for the coffee, but especially for the croissants. They are made on site and are flaky, huge, and absolutely delicious.
The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. There was a couple in front of me asking questions about different flavor options, and the staff took their time answering everything and helping them decide, which was great to see.
They also offer plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, making it a perfect spot to hang out with friends or even host a small work meeting. Definitely give it a try!

I almost never go out for lunch, but I had to mail a gift. Stopped at the new Haven coffee shop overlooking the Downtown Auburndale Park. So cute! AND wifi! I wish I’d brought my laptop and could work here the rest of the day!
I could hardly choose from their Winter Craft Drinks selection, but finally settled on a Merry Christmas Ya Filthy Animal latte and an almond and apple croissant.
Even this Scrooge felt Christmasy. Enough to buy an Ornament, anyway. Go get yours.

I was so happy to finally visit after waiting for a long time. The energetic vibe from the friendly staff made the experience special. As for the coffee, it had a bright acidity, though it leaned more towards a brewed coffee style rather than a bold espresso. It’s a bit of a personal preference, but I’d love to see a bit more body in the espresso next time!

Stopped in to try the Iced Strawberry Shortcake Matcha (whole milk) and it was just okay…the matcha was a too milky (not enough matcha powder) and the Strawberry flavor did not come through enough, for me personally. Was not a fan of the freeze dried Strawberry chunks on top, would be better if it was ground into a powder…The staff were very kind and welcoming and the pastry display looked lovely. The coffee smelled great but I don’t drink coffee sadly.

Good service and atmosphere. I enjoyed my latte and muffins. Nice mix of indoor and outdoor seating. Also, for folks with little ones, the bathroom has a very nice changing table, which demonstrates their commitment to being family-friendly. I’m excited to have quality coffee so close by that is a small business. Great location next to the park so I can grab coffee and let the kids play.

I have always had a good experience at the Haven location in Winter Haven, but this new location has taken the “small- town, local coffee shop” experience to new heights! When I say my daughter and I LOVE this place, I mean it! The coffee and tea flavors are very unique and will probably be something you won’t taste at a “chain” coffee spot. The bakery items are a fresh work-of-art that tastes phenomenal (so make sure you try one if you can)! But the cherry on top is the staff! They take the experience over the top! You may even see familiar faces from Winter Haven, and that really gives you a sense of comfort! One of the owners (Jon) is in there on a regular, working on that world-famous coffee, and I like seeing owners that are truly invested in their employees and the success of their business! This location is larger than Winter Haven inside and you still have outdoor porch space that faces downtown Auburndale. That makes it a perfect location! I have probably tried just about everything on the menu, but whatever you choose, will be a great choice…after all, you’re at Haven!

I had the opportunity to visit the business located in Auburndale Downtown for the first time. I ordered a chocolate muffin and a latte, and I have to say that the service provided by Zachary and Nicholas was excellent. The way they worked as a team and served our order was top-notch and professional.
