Honestly, no words can describe how good these tacos taste, the pictures don’t do them justice. Everything was amazing, and I’d definitely cater again. Make sure to get the Havana sauce and the salsa sauce, they’re a must with the tacos.

Really friendly atmosphere and short wait times. I come here almost everyday and receive consistently high quality food. I have also catered a couple events and received amazing food. The pricing is also really fair and is definitely worth checking out. I highly recommend checking out this place if your looking for a good high quality meal for yourself or family.

Maaaaaan this food was on point the barria tacos were stuffed! The cheddar jalapeno poppers were hot! The wings were done perfectly, the barria smash burger had a lot of flavors going on..

I’m not sure what everyone else tasted, but the tacos here were underwhelming. The presentation looked wonderful, but unfortunately, the flavor didn’t match the appearance. They lacked the authentic Mexican taco taste I was hoping for.
The onions were cut in large, uneven chunks, which overpowered some bites. The meat was moist but also greasy, which made the tacos heavy rather than enjoyable. While I can say I gave them a try, I wouldn’t order them again.
If you’re looking for gimmicky tacos, this might be the place for you. But if you’re looking for authentic Mexican-style tacos—or even Cuban-inspired flavors—this isn’t it.

I walked in and was greeted immediately. I ordered two shrimp tacos and one chicken tacos.You can mix your tacos. They serve birria tacos, shrimp, tacos and chicken tacos among other things like wing dings and smash burgers. It took about 10 minutes for the order to come out. It does not come with sides like beans or rice. I think you can only get fries. You have to order that separately. The cost was about $11. oh my gosh, the flavor was so good. There’s a tinge of spice, but nothing overwhelming, and the tacos are grilled with some veggies and cheese. I will definitely be back to try some other items.

Excellent food and amazing service! Owner was kind and accommodating. The shrimp tacos were my favorite and the chicken was also amazing. The burger was good and flavorful, but the shrimp stole the show! Would come back and recommend to everyone!

Havana Tacos and Burgers was a great experience overall. The atmosphere was really nice and welcoming, and the food was a straight 10 out of 10. The chicken tacos were easily the best I’ve ever had, super flavorful and cooked perfectly. I especially want to shout out the front cashier, a cute and kind person named Majd. He was extremely polite and genuinely one of the best people I’ve ever met. Super respectful, patient, and he really made the whole experience better. There was one employee, Jaber, who came off a bit rude at first, but Majd handled the situation professionally and smoothed everything over for us, which I really appreciated. Overall, amazing food, good vibes, and outstanding customer service thanks to Majd. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Visiting from The Lone Star State (Detroit Raised) and we needed to eat before heading downtown to see the Fireworks. This was a good choice. Shrimp tacos, chicken tacos and beef tacos were all good. Too much food for two of us but not yo worry- it’s going to be handled. Deep fried tortillas. We’re recommending you stop by.

Couldn’t take a picture because we smashed it all so fast. Birria and shrimp tacos, loaded fries, Nashville hot chicken sandwich. Everything was seasoned with love. Havana sauce is spicy and flavorful, a great signature addition to the food. Easily our new favorite carryout spot in Oak Park.
