My type of restaurant. Small, quiet and delicious food. The ambience gives Cuban vibes. The waitress was amazing and super friendly. We will definitely be returning.

For being the only Cuban restaurant in a 30 mile radius, it is probably the best Cuban food I’ve had and the most authentic (and I’ve lived in South Florida). The meat was amazingly tender and seasoned perfectly. If you’re Cuban and you miss home cooked meals, definitely come here. If you like food, definitely come here. The people who work there are very welcoming and the service is great. 10/10 I will definitely be coming again.

Food was amazing. My partner and I had a great time on our first visit and will definitely be back. The only improvement I believe the restaurant could make is fountain drinks! Doesn’t hinder us from coming back though. Thanks Havana Cafe!

I have never had cuban food before and I enjoyed it. The restaurant is very clean everywhere including the bathroom. The pandemic is over but unlike most restaurants they still have sanitizer out for people to use. They have the menus on the table in English & Spanish. It has lots of options and is separated by the types of meat. Decent list of appetizers. I enjoyed the chicken empanada for an appetizer. We ordered roja veija, Filetillo de pollo salteado & fries. My daughter is a super picky eater but she definitely enjoyed her chicken. We all loved everything we had! The food had an unique flavor & nice portion sizes. Very pretty plating also. Served fresh! So for anyone who likes tomato based sauces this is the place for you! The rice even made my daughter give them a chance and I can never get her to eat rice. It was so fresh and tasted so well! I will definitely be back soon to try more things on the menu.

After years, I have found an authentic Cuban restaurant in Indiana. This cafe is an absolute gem. I was in Indy for the day and stopped by for a late lunch. Unbeknownst to me, they were closed for cleaning before dinner. Regardless, I was sat down and served a delicious, hot and authentic Cuban meal. I have missed this dearly. It’s like being on the streets of Miami (almost lol). The people that were running the restaurant the day I stopped by were mother and daughter. They were very kind and certainly know their way in a kitchen. Thank you and I will be back! I would recommend 100%.

The place is ok, food taste was accurate although prices are a bit expensive for the portion size. Service was a bit slow and food flexibility for changes/substitution s was very low.
Only 1 server to take the order, take payment, serve all tables and greet for the entire place. By the time we were leaving the place started to get busy and order to get delayed.
The vaca frita was good and the lime flavor was on point though.

Came here for lunch and was pleased. The lady working was quick and attentive, but not overbearing. The food was very good. I had a Cuban sandwich and black beans, then Flan for desert. It was a little pricey for a lunch, but not completely unreasonable. Overall it was a good experience and I would go back in the future. 10/10 would recommend.

Delicious sandwiches and food!!!
It has been my favorite spot recently to get lunch. You have to try their passion fruit drink (Maracuya).

The yuca frita (fried yuca) and the Cubano sandwich are so good!! Delicious and freshly made.

Have tried the steak sandwich and flans!! All delicious!! RECOMMEND!

It does take a while for your food to be brought out, especially on busier days, because there is just 1-2 waitress.
