Haus De La Vie was the perfect spot for a fun birthday lunch. It’s a small place with great Thai and Laotian food, great service and great music. All the 90s jams were on and we knew all the words. The sangria was delicious and seemed like the pitcher was bottomless! I loved that they made a special sticky coconut rice cake for our friend. The Pad Thai was incredibly, flavorful. The nim chow was fresh and good portions.

First time trying this place. I ordered papaya salad, fried chicken wings, and steamed rice through uber eats. I selected no spice for my papaya salad as I have dietary restrictions where I cannot eat spicy and it arrived with peppers in it. I don’t know why they have that option if they are just going to ignore it. Pretty bummed out because I was looking forward to it. The flavor on my fried chicken was good, but it was soggy. Maybe they can pack it differently with air ventilation for future customers. The steamed white rice should be the easiest thing to make, but my rice tasted really old and was slightly brown like it’s been sitting there for a while. Wouldn’t recommend this place based off of my take out order.

The food made me empty my bowels quickly, and all the flavors are just too sweet; the quality also felt somewhat poor. The place looks more like a modern concert hall than an Asian restaurant, and its name just reminds me of France. So I’m not sure what’s going on here overall. Prices are high, and the drinks are lacking.

A gorgeous and very hip, fun music vibe with tasty Laos and Thai food. With increased seating and tables, this is a great place for groups, families and events. Lots of parking as well. Watch my videos so you understand the size, seating and ambiance of this place. I eat here often for dine-in and take out. Highly recommended.

First time going to Haus but definitely won’t be the last. I had chicken Pho and something similar to summer rolls, with a tasty fish sauce with peanuts, which was new to me. Service was good with ample room for lots of guests. They have a full bar as well.

10/10. My first time dining In here.The owner Vicky was so sweet, so welcoming, and offered such great customer service. She decorated such an amazing section of her place for a surprised birthday dinner. The food was so good. We ordered alot of the appetizers such as the lemon grass beef skewers which were amazing and so flavorful. We also ordered the crab ragoon, crispy rolls, scallion pancakes,and truffle fries. We also ordered as an entree the pork belly with rice and peppers was so flavorful. I would definitely recommend this place. The food was great, the service was amazing and very attentive. I will be dining in here again. It was so spacious. Very welcoming, great music, and such great vibes.Thank you so much for the amazing experience.

You can tell every dish is well prepared giving you the true essence of Thai & Laotian combined! Not only is the food amazing, the vibe was everything! Playing all the tunes from classic r&b and hip hop to afrobeats! You have your choice of getting a hookah while enjoying the music and decadent foods… I mean…that’s what we call a WIN-WIN!

First time here last night for a family fundraiser and we had an amazing experience. Not only did my family member get really close to their goal, but I also got to meet the people behind the place. V (the owner) and her husband are straight-up hustlers, down to earth, constantly on the floor, and even surprised us by speaking Spanish too.
The vibe is great, the mural above the bar is beautiful, and I even got to meet the little girl who’s actually painted in it, we ended up laughing and joking about who’s who in the mural. But honestly, the highlight for me was meeting V’s mom. She was bussing tables, cleaning up, just pitching in wherever needed. You can really feel that it’s a true family-run business, and that made it extra special.
They were super thoughtful with my mom too, making sure she had non-alcoholic/virgin options. Food, drinks, hookah if you’re into it, all on point. Five stars, no question.
