I’m rarely north of the twin bridges but whenever I am going forward, I will come here! Came with my family of 4 on a Sunday. The staff were super friendly. We ordered and got our food within 5 minutes. My kids had the chicken fingers and leg/wing meal with fries and were very happy. I had the double chicken sandwich Nashville hot with Cajun fries. I could not believe the size of it!!! Was spicy but not too hot. My husband had the same sandwich, Hattie’s style and really liked it as well. We also shared the collard greens and fried pickles. Everything we had was delicious. And we all had enough to take home for a 2nd meal! Highly recommend.

It pains me to offer such a poor rating to one of my favorite stops in Saratoga. I have enjoyed the delicious fried chicken at the track over 35 years of annual visits. I was shocked to see chicken tenders offered in 2025 instead of fried chicken, the clear distinguishing menu item for Hattie’s. I can get chicken tenders anywhere, including at another concession stand 100 yards away. I hope to be a customer again in the future but not until the fried chicken comes back. Respectfully submitted and hoping to see fried chicken return in 2026.

Hatties what have you done…….? Been coming here since your inception, and the chicken sandwiches would come out hot and juicy. Last few years not so much and you raised prices to $20. Not so mad about the price, but please get the quality back to what it was. Love you guys but do better at the track.

The chicken was good but it was $10 for two tiny pieces and a cup of Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce. They also apparently no longer offer sides of any kind.

So disappointed that the only offerings here were chicken tenders and a chicken sandwich.. We traveled here on a bus trip and were so excited that hattie’s had a restaurant here. We decided to try the tenders and found the quality to be worse than chik fil a. Such a major let down. More embarrassingly was the way we talked up the place before realizing that the menu had changed. The quality of the food was really not what we expected from hattie’s. Would advise skipping this place. To compound matters we were told we could not sit at one of the nearby tables. Had to find a picnic table instead and bothered by bees.just a bad experience all around.

Loved LOVED this fried chicken. So happy to find a great fried chicken restaurant. Staff extremely friendly and atmosphere is easy going and spacious. Will definitely make the trip back to eat there again. So good I had to buy a tshirt.

This isn’t Hattie’s. They used to serve their signature fried chicken, but not this year. Standard off the truck overpriced chicken fingers that you can get anywhere. Sad. Disappointing.
