I don’t know what happened to my picture of the catfish! This place was great, I wasn’t too fond of the macaroni and cheese but honestly a person’s love for macaroni and cheese is so subjective. Everything else was amazing! My mom died in March of last year and in all of my life, I have never tasted ribs that reminded me of my mom’s ribs until I went to this place! I literally almost cried in the restaurant eating their ribs because they taste exactly like my mom’s ribs.

Great BBQ in College Park only 5 minutes from the airport. Friendly atmosphere. Cash only but they have an ATM in store in case you have no cash. Street parking and other parking lots close. Chicken, ribs, and greens were my fave! They also have brunch on Sundays from 9am-4pm.

I been here previously for bbq. I got to say that the brisket sandwich with fries is one of my favorite dishes from here. I got The Dino Beef Rib several times from here. It’s big and smoked. I think maybe they can use a rub to make it more juicy all around from the meat to the fat and it will enhance and add more flavor to it. Other than that they are on point . I got The Dino Beef Rib to go. I got the seafood to dine in. First time for the seafood. I went here previously and no lobster tail was available. Biggest best fried lobster tail I ever had from a restaurant. I also got the fried catfish and the jumbo shrimp.

Me and my boyfriend went right before the lunch time rush about 12:30-1:00 so it was easy to walk in and order and sit. Listen that CABBAGE that cabbage was AMAZING. Meat was well seasoned and juicy. Will definitely be back

I drove 4 hours with two of my girlfriends to try this place out. We choose this place based on reviews on IG. Some of those reviews have to be fake. Based on our experience from what we saw and ate. They have security at the door who was pretty cool. He tells us on Saturdays it’s CASH only and they have a ATM in the back. No where listed on the website does it say this. If so we would’ve planned accordingly. That’s problem #1. We ask the gentleman about the crab legs how they taste he like they don’t have any. Again no sign posted. That’s problem #2. Next we each place our order and take our seat. After 40 minutes no food. The place is not packed during the time frame we arrived. We ask a lady that’s passing out food to check on ours since people after us having gotten food. Finally she comes with the food and we still have to wait for one of my friends Lobster tails. The lady seemed to be bothered and gave an excuse of she pulled 3 she don’t know what happened that the owner was in the back cooking. So as we proceed to taste the food. The greens were watered down they didn’t drain them. The mac n cheese no seasoning. The sausage had no cheese or jalapeños in it. Problem #3 we ask the lady she says oh the company didn’t make the delivery. Also they don’t have that sausage today. Now you have false advertising going on. No sign listed again about what you don’t have. You are letting people order the sausage thinking it’s one thing and it’s not. So she offers to bring out a substitute. They have no more chicken so we go with the ribs. Over all experience for the cost was definitely a 3.. not worth the 4 hour drive. Chicken was dry. Only good thing was the Lobster tail, Cat fish & shrimp

Omg!! The food here was so AMAZING!!! I ordered the Dino Rib with fried Catfish and Mac & Cheese and EVERYTHING was a winner!! The ribs were so tender they slid right off the bone. The fried catfish was served nice and hot. It melted right in my mouth. The Mac n cheese was so good and flavorful I ordered extra to go. Not only was the food amazing but the customer service was on point. True southern hospitality. I enjoyed it so much I took my kids back on Sunday for brunch since kids eat free and I wanted to try the fish and grits. Another slam dunk. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The food was good, but the deceptive pricing is what made me give this place a 1 star rating. The beef rib is priced on the menu at $55.99, however, when they ring you up it rings up for $64.99. When I asked why it was ringing up for higher, the cashier says “oh, we need to update our menus”… If thats the case, don’t charge the price until you do that. I like to support black owned businesses, but hate deceptive pricing. Even though the food was good, I likely won’t go back. If you decide to go there, verify the pricing before buying so you aren’t surprised at checkout.

The service was absolutely AMAZING! Thanks to Blue, Lele and Virginia for assisting us with our orders and making our first visit one to remember. Southern Hospitality at its finest!! Now on to the food…. OMG!! The food was DELICIOUS! I had ribs and fish and they both were amazing!!! Cooked to perfection!! I’ll define back! This was some of the best food I’ve had in a long time!
