Staff was very friendly, and ordering was easy. The prices are great for the amount of food you receive. The fried chicken was good but the biscuits were some of the best I’ve ever had. I would go back just for those.

First time here today! Their fried chicken is wayyy better than any other fried chicken place. Homemade for the win. It’s perfectly crispy and not greasy at all. Quick service, we tried the chicken breast and wings, both amazing. Mac n cheese was ehh, pics look better than taste. Can’t wait to go back and get more fried chicken!!

Chicken was great, drove 25 miles to try it at a family members suggestion. It was just prior to closing therefore service was strictly business. Nevertheless food was good and I’ll go back under different circumstances.

Terrible customer service. I really don’t think they care if you eat there or not. Tried to call in a pickup order. Employee answered then immediately laid the phone down. 17 mins later I arrived at the store while STILL on hold. Walked in and they acted like they didn’t realize they laid the phone down. Reading another review from a month ago, looks like this is common practice for them so they don’t have to deal with phone orders. They never apologized either. Then they didn’t get my order right. Put gravy on mashed potatoes when I said no gravy and totally left out my dads biscuit and an order of dumplings. But charged me for them. Them wanted to argue that I ordered it wrong. But no I did not, I showed them the written list I read off the order from. The food was cold and cost me nearly $50! The food was cold! Customer service felt like I was bothering them just by coming by.

Extremely disappointed. 6 piece chicken and 3 biscuits for $17, pic shows one biscuit gone, i ate. Look at the size of the chicken thighs, legs and wings, they mind as well be wingettes the biscuits are bigger. This will be my last time there.
