It’s so refreshing to see great customer service still exists. I had a craving for Texas Fries and of course these are the best in town but I also had a sleeping baby in the car and if you know you know. The staff went above and beyond to satisfy my craving even bringing my food and my change to the car so I didn’t have to wake the baby. That small gesture spoke volumes to me and meant the world to her nap. See y’all next time and thanks for continuing to be the best.

I’ve been going to this pizzeria for years. The pizza is good. I usually order a whole pie for take-out, and occasionally get a slice or two from pies already made.
The other day, I had an experience where I wanted to sit down peacefully after a hard day’s work (I was hungry and tired). Although the pizza was fine, the experience was effectively ruined by two kids’ behavior. I’m not talking about general kids’ fussiness/rowdiness. I’m talking about kids running and screaming over the full length of the restaurant.
I contemplated saying something to the parents, but then I thought that this isn’t my place. It’s the restaurant owner’s place to create and maintain a dining environment of his choosing. Another reviewer has even described this place as “kid friendly” (So screaming kids is a plus?).
So, I’ll limit my future business with this restaurant to take-out only.

We spend over 250$ every week there my family and they SUCK AT THEIR ORDERS. Always mess up our order and then they have nasty attitudes on the phone when you call for a correction on their mishap. Foods mid not the best pizzeria in the Hatfield area.

I ordered a regular Stromboli but received a cheese Stromboli instead. I wasn’t aware that cheese was the default, so I called the store for clarification. Unfortunately, the person I spoke to was not friendly at all and made no effort to fix the mistake. Really disappointed in their customer service, especially since I used to order from here at least twice a month. Sadly, I won’t be coming back.

The first time I ordered penne a la vodka and it was great in a rich, creamy, pink sauce.
I ordered the same again over the weekend and it came in a dry, red sauce which also tasted different.
I called the business to inform them of this because the pasta appeared and tasted completely different. I sent them a picture as well. However they insisted the order was correct and refused any sort of help in correcting the matter. Guests that were present at both parties also agreed that the pasta tasted and appeared different. Will definitely not be ordering from them again.
