Went for Valentines day, the meal was amazing! The steak was so tender my husband who had 5 teeth pulled was able to eat it with no issues! Staff was amazing and polite, also owner was nice and came to check if we were enjoying ourselves. Will definitely go back to Graham TX to Hatchet house BBQ!

Fantastic taste of Texas on a work trip. Got the 12oz prime rib with coleslaw and fried okra. Not only was the steak cooked perfectly with smokey flavor, but the spices were amazing, along with the spices in the coleslaw and okra breading. Amazing meal. I highly recommend this place!

Went here due to seeing the amazing answers back to negative reviews and boy those people must have not eaten at the same place I went. Staff was amazing, got seated right away, ordered drinks and by the time drinks arrived we were ordering our dinners. Baked potato with the works and sliced brisket, for my wife and she normally doesn’t clear a plate but there wasn’t much left on it at the end of dinner. I got the nachos with burnt ends, was absolutely delicious smokey sweet and great ratio of chips, cheese, toppings and burnt ends. If you are looking for some delicious food in a great relaxed atmosphere then look no further.

I’ve been here a couple of times, I try my best to get something new each time as they offer a wide variety of food! I got the Brisket Mac N Cheese, with their sweet tea which is delicious! Their staff is wonderful, and very friendly. I love the atmosphere, decor and overall feel! Would definitely recommend for a date night, or an outing with your friends!!

Great food, but online presentation needs work
I’ve visited Hatchet House a couple of times now, and each time the food has been consistently delicious. The flavors are great, and the overall vibe is fun and welcoming. However, I do have one major suggestion that could really improve the customer experience–especially for those of us who follow them online.
Their Facebook posts often feature mouthwatering photos of menu items, but unfortunately, they rarely include descriptions. Without knowing what the dish is, it’s hard to come in and confidently order something you saw online. I’ve wanted to try several items I’ve seen in their posts, but without labels or names, it’s a guessing game.
I understand that running a business is demanding, but adding simple captions or item names to their photos could go a long way. It would make it easier for customers to engage with their offerings and might even bring in more business from people who are browsing online.
Also, their online menu is pretty barebones–it’s just a link to a third-party ordering site, which doesn’t give a full picture of what’s available. A more detailed, regularly updated menu on their website or social media would be a huge improvement.
Overall, I love the food and the atmosphere, but I hope they consider enhancing their digital presence. It would make a great place even better!

Today was our first time coming here after drooling over pictures online for months. It did NOT disappoint. We got Mac n cheese with chicken, ribs and brisket plate with okra and onion rings, Texas sausage jalapeño cheddar dog with potato salad and coleslaw. Everything was so damn good! Will be back!

Was invited by friends to come eat and watch a live performance. Food was amazing! We couldn’t decide what to get as it all seemed yummy. We ended up getting half pound portions of all the meats with the smoked potatoes, mac and cheese, and cream corn and sharing! Best decision by far as we all to sample everything! Everything was tender and tasty! Not a single item we didn’t like! Atmosphere was relaxing and laid back in a country rustic setting. Staff was supper friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area to stop and dine!

This place is amazing. The food and service were above and beyond. Autumn (our waitress) was fantastic.
The Bacon Bullseye dessert is a must get. It’s the perfect match-up of sweet meets savory. Ice cream topped with home fried donut, then they add burnt ends, bacon, and finish it with caramel sauce on top.
Definitely don’t knock it until you try it.
