My friend and I went to Hatch in Edmond on a Friday afternoon and had such a great experience. There was no wait at all, which was a huge plus.
The ambiance is absolutely beautiful. I love the setup of this location — the upstairs seating, bar area, and first-floor seating all give it such a nice, open vibe.
Now the food… SO good. We both ordered the classic plate. She got sourdough, over-easy eggs, sausage, and hash browns. I got scrambled eggs with bell peppers and onions, a croissant, bacon, and hash browns. 1000/10. Everything was delicious, but the hash browns were my favorite part — perfectly cooked and so flavorful.
We also shared a Belgian waffle with the toppings on the side. It was amazing — super fluffy, perfectly golden, and tasted incredible. We also tried the beignets. Unfortunately, those were a bit of a disappointment. They were hard instead of airy and fluffy, and the breading wasn’t sweet. We did send them back, and it wasn’t an issue.
To top it off, we both got tropical cocktails, and they were absolutely amazing.
Overall, such a great experience. I will definitely be back to try more items on the menu. Highly recommend!

This is one of me and my boyfriend’s favorite places to eat. It has a stylish and artistic atmosphere and this location is generally nice and quiet during our visit. The food always comes out great and I highly recommend their coffee. If you order a pancake, I would suggest to share between the two because they are gigantic. My only complaint is that I wish the tables were a little more stable so that coffee doesn’t spill everywhere. There is also an outside dining area as well and a small bar.

I enjoyed breakfast here for the first time. Cool Brunch spot. The eggs we’re the best quality you can eat it’s Fresh farm to table. Hash brown tumbler’s were different. They were deep fried into a ball crispy on the outside and soft in the middle and seasoned well. Country fried steak was really thin not my usual thick cut size that I’m used to eating anywhere else. But, it was tender, crispy and seasoned well with a little bit of white gravy. The corn shell tacos with eggs, onions, peppers, chorizo, guacamole and salsa was good. Ambiance was casual but there were no open table tops available at 10am we had to sit at a high top table by the bar. Our server wasn’t very cordial but the wait time for your food was fairly normal within 30-40 minutes. Overall, servers can be nicer and more engaged. Bigger Portions would be better. Average plates are $15-$21 and there is a kids menu. Felt like cruise a ship breakfast lol.

The food tastes great. The eggs were over easy-just as we ordered. (This seems difficult for a lot of restaurants.) The coffee is bold, but we enjoyed it after a couple of sips. The server was very attentive and cordial. It is a fun atmosphere. We have been to another Hatch location. They maintain quality.

Amazing food and time here for the forth of July brunch, food was great with lots of flavor, our waiter was very nice and friendly! The wait wasn’t very long at all. The drinks are well made and not watered down or all sugar. Definitely coming back again to try more ! Lots of great meals and drinks on the menus ! Amazing place coming back soon !

I’ll admit, the service was a little slow, and it’s quite loud in there. But the food is outstanding, my Benedict was perfect…the hollandaise was great, not greasy or broken, and my eggs were perfect. also, I can’t wait to have tumblers again

Joined the online waitlist when we headed to the restaurant. Always check google maps or yelp for the wait times and to join the waitlist. Service is great. The food was pretty awesome. Had the coyote omelet with hash browns and one Gigi pancake. The coffee was surprisingly good also. It is fairly loud when crowded, but still easily able to have a conversation.

Went out to breakfast with the in-laws who love this place…we’re from Texas so this was our 1st time.

The place was quite busy for 830am on a Saturday, the host was welcoming as they should be when customers walk in.

Our server was great, very attentive to refilling our drinks promptly and making sure we were satisfied with our food.

I dont remember what everyone ordered, but once all our food was delivered I noticed how huge the portions were. I ordered chicken and waffles, 1 Belgian waffle cut into 4s and a chicken breast split into 2 with a nice golden crispy breading and a amazing gravy. My husband got the classic plate…on his plate he had these weird little tumbleweed looking things.
Apparently there called tumblers… well OMGoodness these were sooo good. Super crispy outside nice soft texture in the middle. (Make sure you try these)

Definitely will return when we are back in town, going to try the flight of mimosas next and maybe the orange glazed crossiants:)

I just love it here. Every location. The Benedict’s are great and their hot drinks are great. Service is top notch.
It is a long wait, but it’s worth it.
It was my first time getting a sandwich here and it was pretty good!

Favorite Brunch Spot in OKC/Edmond!!

We always get here early because after 8am the wait begins, and there’s a reason for it!

They have a fantastic menu to choose from and I’ve never been disappointed in anything I’ve tried, from my plate or others at our table!
The blueberry pancakes are to die for! The steak, was a WOW for me, I always stay away from breakfast steaks because they are bland but The Hatch seasons theirs to perfection! And their hash brown balls-perfect!
They have the freshest parfaits, the fruits are the best!
Coffee.. may be the most important part of the meal and they have a fantastic drink list to choose from, and if you’re feeling it.. they come with alcohol upon request!
The decor and layout of this restaurant is very up to par.
They have fantastic waitstaff who is knowledgeable in what they have to offer. It’s a pleasant experience every time, we’ve yet to have bad service or an incorrect meal!

10/10 recommend The hatch at both locations in Edmond and Automobile Alley!
