Kiddo and I love coming here after Church for our brunch dates. If I book the reservation right as we get to Church the reservation is about ready when it’s over and we make it right on time to be seated with maybe 5 min to spare. Morning and Sunday’s seem to be ridiculously busy so beware. Kiddo always gets his Birthday cake pancakes with whipped cream, strawberries and sprinkles with a side of bacon and OJ. Always a happy plate and happy. I have yet to find something I don’t like. Service could be a tad better but I think they’re only human and it’s always so busy. Parking was easy and plenty of it. Pricing is affordable.

I came here for the first time with my family. We had a party of four. We called ahead because we knew it would be busy and the wait time was an hour so we got ready and wasted some time and then showed up.
We did have to wait a little bit longer when we got there, but we got a table Fairly quickly. They served us at the bar while we waited.
when we sat down we were talking and having a good time our server. Chey Was phenomenal. She was very friendly very kind and put up with me and my family being crazy and funny. The atmosphere is amazing and the food is to die for
we sat right in front of where the cooks are and it was Amazing to see them work so hard and for the food to come out tasting phenomenal!
The kitchen manager knows exactly what he’s doing. The cooks were busting their a$$e$ and we barely had to wait for our food
They work hard annd all did a great job!

We stopped by, on a whim, for breakfast. It was a week day, mid-morning, not very many customers present, so we were seated right away! The vanilla latte was delicious. Even my non-coffee drinking husband thought it was good! The menu has so many yummy sounding dishes! Eggs a nice variety of pancakes like blueberry streudel, bananas foster, strawberry dream! They also have lunch items. All the food is made from scratch on site…and it tastes wonderful! So flavorful! Would recommend Hatch for breakfast or lunch! Waitstaff told me that weekends can be up to 1 hour wait times…still a great place to eat!

I had a chicken biscuit with hash browns and it was such a delight! Just a little heat and flavor, but not too much.
My seasonal chai tea drink with oat milk was so rich and delicious and huge! No skimpy drink portions here!
We ate at the bar since the wait was 45 minutes. The servers were friendly and attentive while being very busy. Food arrived in a respectable time.
I wished we lived in driving distance of this place because I pretty much want to try everything on the menu!

This place has a really good vibe. We were very well attended to. Multiple wait staff checked on us to make sure we were good. The food came out at a timely matter along with all drinks etc. We were never rushed, it was fairly quiet in there for a restaurant. The hash browns are amazing!

A little loud but brunch was awesome!!! I recommend the Kitchen Sink. Ask for a side of Hollandaise sauce to add to it 5*!!!! The Flight of Pancakes is a great way to sample some GREAT pancakes!! Also get a side of loaded hashbrown tumblers. One of the best breakfast sides I have ever eaten!!
