Hidden Gem on the Highway – Worth the Stop!
I travel this road through Huntsville pretty often, and to be honest, there’s not much along the way. I’ve seen the banners for this coffee shop so many times, but I always seemed to miss the turn. Today, I was determined to find it and I’m so glad I did.
What a nice surprise! They’ve got a whole menu of specialty coffee drinks, but even though I just went with a classic black coffee, it was really good — exactly how I like it. As a coffee shop owner myself, I’m picky about my coffee, and this was quality.
The staff was also super friendly, which just made the experience even better. If you’re traveling this stretch of road, don’t hesitate to stop by. You won’t regret it.

Friendly and helpful service, amazing coffee, and a clean bathroom to boot! Ordered a caramel brulee and I would recommend it! The coffee flavor shines through all the sweetness. You will not regret stopping here❤️ Even the men commented on how good their black coffee tasted without being prompted

Let me start by saying I’m a complete coffee snob. With that said, Hat Creek Coffee is one of the best coffee shops in the state. The lady’s in there strive to make your order exactly how you want it. Well, I want it hot, strong and alot of it and they got it covered. I highly recommend everyone stops by, its well worth it.

I got a blended For the Love of a Cowboy latte today. It was the best blended coffee I’ve had! I got there just as Happy Hour was starting, so the price was great too. The service was friendly and helpful. I even got to see a friend while there. Thank for a great experience. I will be back.

Could not grab a cup of coffee after being passed by a “fancy-white” truck with a “military style” flag on the back driver’s side (all black & white), in a NO PASSING ZONE WITH ONCOMING TRAFFIC. I just needed off the road for a moment & a cup of coffee! Pleas update the hours! – especially if vehicles are going to be in the parking lot over 1.5 hours after closing..

Great espresso beverages with a wide variety of syrup flavors available. They had alternative milks, decaf espresso, and sugar free syrups to accommodate varying preferences. Only one table for sitting inside. Drive thru also available.

The toasted marshmallow here is amazing especially when it’s blended the coffee is a good price typically about 10 dollars with a tip but if you go between 5 and 7 it’ll only run you a couple dollars. Open most days of the week and has great hours
