5 stars hands down!!! We were traveling from out of town with children, so an enclosed playground was extremely important. So happy to say that this place was fantastic! Everyone is super friendly, excellent customer service, food was delicious and very reasonably priced, and the play area was kid friendly and super cool. It’s turfed out, with a huge playscape, fun tunnel slide, and the fence was enclosed all the way around. You can eat on the patio and watch the kids play. So nice! Would highly recommend to parents with young children and children on the spectrum.

I’ve hesitated leaving a 1 star review but am doing it now. The last three times I’ve tried eating here, they’ve been out of gluten free buns. As someone who is celiac and Hat Creek being one of the only drive through places that offers an actual bun instead of a lettuce wrap, I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed. A much deserved one star.

Been there many times, but this time, even though they were practically empty, the food cook wasn’t normal. Food came out quick, but mine was super super soggy. To where I was having to wipe the grease off of it just to pick it up, and the bun was not cut completely in half. Will I return? Yes, but just saying the food quality has declined a bit since last time.

On Thursdays they have $2 beers. This is probably the most important fact. Their food is relatively expensive compared to other fast food, but they do have ethically sourced meat. So that’s really what you’re paying for, if you’re into that kind of thing. ❤️

We had a good experience here. The service was friendly and fast. They have tables inside and outside. They have highchairs and an awesome playground. It is all fenced in and the ground is padded so it is safe and fun for the kids. The food was really good too. They have fun sauces by the drinks and napkins station. My husband ordered their classic burger and I got their grilled chicken sandwich. I would definitely recommend this place.

I came for lunch and the staff is so friendly! I got the veggie burger with fries the burger was a little bit dry. But if you add the fry sauce it’s super good. The fries are also really good with the Cajun seasoning.

Loved the burgers, shakes and sweet potato fries here. The kids had fun at the playground. The service was the real shining star here- the cashier was so warm and friendly and welcoming! Our food came out quickly and the order was accurate. Would definitely recommend this location. We came for lunch, and it was busy, but they accommodated the crowds really well.

Hat Creek Burger Company is our go-to spot for family fun and a little reward system for my boys! ✨ Whenever my oldest follows the rules (well, most of them ), we treat ourselves to the delicious burgers, amazing milkshakes, and that unbeatable family-friendly vibe.
The service is always top-notch, the burgers are a hit, and those milkshakes? Pure happiness in a cup. But let’s be real one of our favorite traditions is “accidentally” ignoring the “Do Not Climb the Slide” sign. SMH! I promise we’ve grown a bit since then…at least I hope so.
Pro tip: Bring your own bubble machine trust me, it’s a game changer for keeping the kids entertained and adding a little extra magic to the play area. ✨

Hat Creek fills the same market niche as places like P-Terry’s and In-N-out. It provides a slightly better than average burger, and a pretty decent atmosphere. the restaurant overall was clean, the staff were nice. pretty prime example of a fast food place. One nice thing they do have is they serve beer, which does set them apart.
I had the “Big Hat” combo with fries. the burger itself was pretty decent. Nothing absolutely mind blowing, but I got what I paid for. Same for the fries. they do have a couple sauce options available for free, which is nice, as being charged 25 cents for some sauce is sort of annoying.
all things considered, I’d put this place at slightly above a 3/5.

I usually rate places high as long as they’re edible and have decent service because I know bad reviews can really hurt a small business. This place, however, blows just about every other place I’ve been out of the water. Possibly the best burger I’ve ever had, and the customer service was great. My mask broke while I was there and the guy was very nice and went out to his truck to see if he had extras. It’s not close to where I live, but I will be returning 100%
