The person who took my order was amazing. Genuinely nice and helpful. Greeted us with smiles, listened to our order, made great recommendations when we asked for them, and purposely worked to make our drinks and get our order ready swiftly. This was even more noticeable and appreciated after having a horribly inconsiderate employee blow us off at the Wendy’s right across the street before we decided to leave and give Hat Creek a try. I would highly recommend this over Wendy’s for a quick and flavorful burger.

The food is very average. The grilled chicken sandwich (pictured was dry and crushed out of the bag. The basic cheese burger was cold and dry as we. The highlight of the meal was the side salad. The lettuce was fresh and crisp and there was plenty of cheese.
During our visit there were 3 things wrong or missing from the order requiring me to get up and ask for corrections. At least the sma play area kept the kids busy.
This place is overpriced. You can get the same quality at McDonald’s for much less.
