Very friendly and clean. The play area is a decent size with extra room for the kids to run around and its well lit up. While eating outside they added some plexiglass (weather) which is a bonus. T.V is a nice addition too! No complaints and definitely going to have more play dates there soon!

I love going to Hat Creek! But there’s a problem that needs attention: the door separating the patio from the dining room. I took my family, and we were all disturbed by the constant noise of the door slamming open and shut, making it impossible to eat there in peace. Additionally, one of the doors closes very quickly, which is dangerous for children. I’ve read other reviews mentioning the same issue. What are you waiting for to fix it? I hope someone in management can address this.

The service and staff was great!
The only thing I wish yall would consider is a covered playground. The Texas sun makes it too hot to the touch to play more much of the day.

A spur of he moment decision took us to the Hat Creek Burger Company this week. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the burgers, fries, prices, and most of all the service. The Bug Hat Burger is very good. Not too big, not too little and has all the basics. The fires are too notch, too.
The atmosphere is nice and the restaurant was not too busy on a Wednesday early afternoon around lunch time.
Try it out…you won’t regret it.

The food here is delicious! One of the best burgers around and love the sweet potato fries! I have a special order on my burger and they always get it right. The girl at the drive thru is always really nice! Would highly recommend!

Cleanliness: I don’t know how they keep it so clean with so many kids, but this place was really clean. They were constantly cleaning.
Staff: They were amazing. Always looking out for the kids and parents. Watching over the playground. Trying to deliver food if you couldn’t get to it. They over deliver.
Speed of Service: It took a little while to order because they only had 1 cashier when I was there but there were so many people at tables that it worked out that tables opened up by the time I ordered. The food was quickly made. Very prompt and was presented well.
Overall: Very good first impression. They had food for everyone, the kids had fun, and they left exhausted. A+ experience.

I’m sorry the burger was basic and the fries were even worse. They were very soggy and literally just had lawrys seasoned salt on them. If that’s what you like, then cool. I feel like I wasted my money.

I’ll give them 5star! Hat Creek is one of the places that is best for kids & adults. Why?
Place: Its a genius idea to have a playground outside their place for kids to have fun while dining. Also, this haven has enough space to accommodate the large number of crowds. Plus, its very neat & clean! Awesome!
Food: A lot of variations to choose from the burgers & salad menu. I had a kids’ meal but I enjoyed it. Lol
Staffs & Service: They have a very accommodating staffs. I really appreciate when I requested for extra fork from them and she happily assisted me (though its readily available on the customers’ self service counter & I missed to check on it)

The place would be great if they had maintenance fix the patio doors that slam shut and front doors too. People were going in and out getting napkins,ketchup etc.etc and no matter how far the door was opened up it rattled the glass.
