Rarely do I say a won’t return how ever, this one landed. Gentleman taking orders was great big fella with beard. Food was ehhhh not something I’d pay for . Pickle chips were inedible. My god someone needs to sample this before sending out. That is enough sodium in a single bite for the year. Smokes… Turkey burger wasn’t so much a patty put together but as it stated just ground and unseasoned ehhh just not restaurant quality imo. Fountain drink was decent. The play ground had so many kids was crazy loud but sad cause a beautiful day to sit out side. Sales ehhh again. Wasn’t impressive or delicious, edible yes it was all edible. You’re choice, my opinion and experience

The food had little seasoning and was pricy for what you get. A small side cup of chili that is mostly tomatoes and water is $3 and a small side of cheese is $.50. The burger is not seasoned much and has a fresh bun that is soft but it’s $5 on top of expensive burger to get a small fry and a 20oz drink. I ordered a frozen lemonade for my drink and it seemed like it was past it’s date and came in a kid size cup for an additional $5. The bacon was a minimal amount and super hard. The staff was very friendly and the playground was large and full of happy kids. I probably won’t go back because of the price for the portion.

Went here for lunch on a Monday with my daughter.
Burgers are delicious and toppings are fresh. We didn’t care for the fries though, the texture and season were off. What I imagine shoe laces taste like.
Of course the playground was a hit!
I really liked the outdoor wash area too.

Went here with my partner on valentines day just to try the Gluten free burger and it was wonderful. Has to be the best Gluten Free bun I’ve had, didn’tcrumble in my hands and held up to all of the juices. Spoke with the manager/Supervisor who went into detail on how the bun, nuggets and seasoned fries are kept Gluten free in a shared kitchen. I’m glad to have found a place to go that treats food like it’s something everyone should be able to enjoy together even if you has an allergy. Also can’t hear the kids playing outside inside so huge plus.

We had a great experience at Hat Creek Burger Company! The food was delicious and fresh, but the real highlight for us was the kids’ play area. It’s a game changer for parents — being able to sit down, enjoy a good meal, and actually relax while the kids run, play, and burn off energy is priceless. I absolutely love hat, Creek Burger Company… I went out of my way to come to this restaurant because I have been craving it for so long. Not many restaurants, especially fast food restaurants, serve turkey burgers. Hair serves an amazing turkey burger that is juicy and well seasoned. The sweet potato fries are crispy and always fresh. This review is not just for the amazing food that Hair has to offer but for the amazing service. Edgar took my order and was so sweet. He embodies excellent customer service. He was quick, efficient, and extremely welcoming. Unfortunately, there wasn’t even a tip option on the payment system, but if there were, I would definitely give a tip.

The food came out super fast but I was disappointed as soon as I took my first bite. Under seasoned and under cooked. The pink inside almost made me toss it in the garbage. I separated the two patties and found the saddest gray and under seasoned beef. Once I heated to a safe temp for consumption I added some salt and pepper. At that point, it was ok. The tots tasted purely of the grease in which they were cooked. At least they were cooked through I guess.
My kids ordered the pancake Big Hat and the chicken nuggets. Neither finished their food which is unusual. I tried the nuggets. They looked good but tasted like pure salt. I checked the half of the pancake burger my daughter didn’t eat and found more undercooked beef. This is not just a taste issue. It food safety. I wish I had caught it before she ate a half of her raw burger. I love my steaks medium-rare, but never ground beef.
I really wanted to like this place. It’s apparent why people do love it. Children were allowed to run freely through the restaurant while parents drank and ate the subpar food. Like McD’s with alcohol.

The building was fairly full when we walked in but there was no-one in line. We waited a few minutes to be served standing at the counter and the associate did not smile or seem interested in our presence. Once we received our food everything was great. The queso is delicious but not extravagant, the burgers are great but simple in flavor profile. The sauces were very good, especially the happy sauce! If I’m in the area I would visit again and try the desserts. Very kid friendly atmosphere and food/dessert selection.

First time trying Hat Creek. My daughter has been diagnosed with Celiac and no longer can have gluten. The wife and I researched some options and found out about Hat creek. The wife,daughter and I all got the bacon royal on a gluten free bun. We also ordered an order of nuggets to try and I’ll tell you everything was a home run. That burger was freaking delicious even on a gluten free bun which was pretty close to a normal bun in my opinion. We also each got the tots, fries and sweet potato fries which were all freaking good. Definitely will be on our go to list for the future. Food for us 3 was around $60 which is not the cheapest but I know the quality is good and for some normalcy for my baby girl it’s worth it to me.

I love a good cheeseburger, so I decided to try out Hat Creek. The young lady up front that took my order was very polite and did take my order accurately!
The peanut butter shake was very rich and tasty! After waiting about 10 minutes, my order finally came out.
I attempted to eat inside with my kid but she kept complaining on how cold it was inside, so we went to the to the patio like area that was outside.
I don’t think that was a good idea because we had to battle the flies that were swarming there.
The burger was only ok. It was not hot and our fries and tator-tots($.50 up charge for tatortots) were not hot either.
I honestly wanted to take the entire order back.
After spending $34 on an 1-adult meal and 1-kids meal, please make sure my order is hot!
