In 2025, I went to this Hat Creek location a few times. Each time I was headed out of town to escape from traumatic events. Luckily, each visit the same employee was there to take my order, but also each time after I placed my order she would ask me if I was okay or how I was doing. With shaking hands, I would always tell her I was just having a rough day or that I was just fine, little did she know she was making an impact on my day (I wish I knew her name!). To put all the cherries on top, I am gluten intolerant, and not only do the burgers SLAM, but I never once had an allergic reaction to Hat Creek (and this specific employee always alerted the cooks immediately about gluten)!

Any other burger joint is better than this one. It took them 30 minutes to make 2 burgers with fries and tots. No one in line either as shown on photo. When we finally got it the tots and fries were cold and the burger was burnt. $50 waste of time. Pass on this one unless you enjoy disappointment.

The family and I visited this place on Tuesday afternoon for the first time. Not sure what to expect, we walked in and were greeted sooo friendly! Christian was running the whole place. I’ve been in management for many years in different restaurant concepts. I was absolutely astonished by his hospitality and WOWED! I saw him talking to every customer the same way we were treated. This guy is a giant asset to your company and I sure hope this gets noted!!

The fried chicken is gluten free! I had a fried chicken sandwich, extra pickles if you please! The kids love that they can eat the same looking for as their friends and then go run and play. I love that I know it’s safe for them to eat (gluten free) and that they go play while I chat with my friends! No pictures…too busy enjoying the gluten-free fried chicken sandwich! Also love the hot honey.

Okay so I got a double burger with grilled onions and hat sauce. A little salt and pepper on the meat would go a long way. The only flavor I got from this burger was from the hat sauce and the cheese and the grilled onions. No I’m not surprised because most places don’t like seasoning their meat for some reason and this is just another one to add to the list.

I absolutely love this place! I have two children under 3 and this is one of the few go-to spots where I can sit and eat while the kids play. The staff is always very friendly and nice, and they keep the place very clean. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to go somewhere where their kids can be entertained while they eat delicious food!

Burger was gross. Each burger only includes like 3-4 ingredients and cost about $9 for the burger only… additional $6 for small fries and small drink… so expect to pay about $16 for one meal. Crazy price for a mediocre burger. Not sure why I was expecting all the burgers to include the lettuce, and tomato plus what the menu shows. (But that’s my fault)

Came in for the first time today. They were super busy which is understandable on a Saturday. However, we saw several people receive their order before us. When our food came, it wasn’t hot and my burger was wrong; staff were not the friendliest when I shared this info. Overall, just not impressed and when my burger-loving-kiddo agrees…maybe we caught them on a bad day.
