Solid street tacos (corn tortillas, onions, cilantro, meat) and good salsas to go with it. The hot salsa is very tasty, and really more of a medium heat. Is this place going to blow you away and are you going to drive from Portland for the tacos? No, but for locals or people heading up to the lakes this spot is perfect and so happy to have an option in town. I’ve already gone like 3 times since they arrived 2 weeks ago. It’s better than any of the Mexican options in Battle Ground! In my opinion birria > asada > tinga but they’re all very similar in quality. The burritos are huge and come with extra fillings, tacos are normal street size, 3-4 to fill me up. Oh yeah, they have home made horchata!

Tried it at the Clark Co PUD fair. So it was the food truck. Good flavors. I suggest to say beef asado, beef barolio and chicken Tnga. Very accommodating and generous. I ordered tacos w/o tortilla with lots of veggies. So good and nice presentation. Then I put green salsa on everything for a tasty meat salad! Yum. Could have used a little more flavor overall in the meats and salsa. I don’t mean heat though.

It’s great to see a new business open up in Amboy and Hasta Ca is a fine addition.
The birria was tender and tasty. A bit mild, though. Same for the chicken. A little fine-tuning of the recipe and this little truck can easily earn five stars.
The staff is friendly, the service is quick. The truck appears very clean and the prices are fair for being this far off the beaten path.

The best Mexican food I’ve ever had and i love Mexican food! (We eat it almost once per week) I went with the young woman’s suggestion that works there. It was just phenomenal after I brought it home and ate every bit of it I almost got my kids all back into the car to get more because this food is just that tasty.

Couldn’t wait to try this food truck….Very disappointing. The meat was extremely tough and the two items I ordered were covered in cilantro, stems included. Sorry not good….
