A smallish restaurant on University with great food. I had the Haas French Toast with a hot Toasted Marshmallow Latte. Two large pieces of toast covered with avocado and cut fruit (strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, etc).
A little pricey, but you get the value in how well the food is prepared and the very fresh and abundant ingredients.
My wife had the T.A.B.L.E. Sandwich. It came with fried avocado pieces!

The setup here is a bit unusual and the space is tight, but the food is really good. You can see the chefs cooking right behind the counter. It does get pretty crowded with limited seating.
Water is self-serve and you order at the counter, but they bring the food out. They forgot my avocado fries at first but fixed it quickly.
A little cramped and slightly pricey, but the quality definitely makes up for it.

Cute place, but needs to manage their crowd better. The line was crazy long and the waitresses were yelling at everyone to move out of the way as they carried hot drinks past everyone. Food is good. However, given the crowd issues, I would recommend other places before this.

Great place! Loved the store presentation, customer service and quality of the meal. Staff was super welcoming. I had the HASS French Toast. Topped with fruits, it is a very sweet plate. I wished I had ordered a side of something salty to balance it out. But hands down, delicious! Had this meal with a lemonade and it was around $25. Personally a bit pricy, but again, quality of food is outstanding.

Incredible food, and great service from everyone, they were all super nice. Their sourdough bread is out of this world. The eggs benedict and french toast sticks were on point. Don’t forget to grab a specialty latte, like the toasted marshmallow or tiramisu.

I had gotten the crazy rich asians eggs Benedict, which personally for me had been a bit too sharp and not cheesy as I would have liked. My friend got the Boom shrimp which was SO GOOD and on the sweeter side. The whole place is more on the expensive side, but great atmosphere!

This place is confusing . Your would think it was table service when you walk in but then you have to walk to the back to find out that it’s order at a counter and they just bring the food when ready . There was an employee that seemed to have personal items at the high top table closest to the ordering counter and my son and I grabbed a seat to look at the laminated menu to get out of the way of others trying to order as it’s a tight spot . That employee came and yanked her stuff from the table rudly . What’s funny is that when I went back inside to get some hot sauce her stuff was back in the table . Who does this and where is the management ? The food and drinks were great but overpriced ! The maintenance seems to be lacking a lot as the place is dirty and lots of broken stuff . There is a whole outside bar seating area with warped wood which would make it almost impossible to rest a glass on . Broken shelves , rotten wood, lighting that is no longer functional . The Publix deserves better for the high prices charged here !

New America Cuisine at Hass Kitchen is So underrated. I had the Crazy Rich Asians Benedict (house billionaire bacon, poached eggs, arugula, AO nori, orange supreme, gochujang hollandaise, on a giant brioche tower) as well as Deep Fried Karaage Style chicken.
The ambience was delightful, for a Sunday afternoon, I was surprised it wasn’t as packed, meanwhile many other poorly run brunch spots had 30 minutes waits? Don’t tell me the good people of Gainesville are more memorized by bland food than enjoying the flavorful selections this restaurant has to offer.
For someone who is actually culinary gifted, and not shopping for overpriced avocado toast, this restaurant was such a WIN and truly needs to be more appreciated.
I wish a location was in Orlando, but honestly I will make the drive again for this place alone.
High score 9.9/10 and HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Haas Kitchen is an amazing place if you want to get good quality/delicious brunch! I got the shakshuka (first time trying it) along with a strawberry matcha drink and it exceeded my expectations greatly. My only thing is that the place is small but they have outside seating which helped alleviate that. The staff is also super nice and accommodating!

A nice, quiet breakfast/brunch spot that is serving up everything avocado! I had the mushroom toast made vegan and boy was it hearty and delicious. It’s not your average avocado toast, this is a LOADED toast! It also has a very cozy atmosphere for outside seating which would be nice if it wasn’t so hot this time of year. I would also love to see a vegan protein like tofu eggs or direct substitute for the animal products used in the vegan customizable dishes. Regardless, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and my time here!
