First time trying Hash. Food was served quickly she service was really good. The chicken fried steak was delicious with the bacon gravy. My wife had the croissant Monty Cristo with Marion berry jam. She really enjoyed it. We both went with the apple cider mimosa and were not disappointed.

I will tell everyone that will listen to me about this place. I got the Brisket Breakfast hash for $20, which was a very fair price for the amount of food, quality, and Brisket. The service was amazing, fast, and friendly. They also have a pretty full menu with many options and different price points for everyone, as well as daily specials. If you’re ever passing through Centralia via i5 this is the place to go especially for breakfast (that’s all I’ve had so far). But lunch options look good too. They also have gluten free options and sourdough bread, and unique options like the breakfast salmon hash. I think more people should support local restaurants like this, as the food and service is much better than national chains, and it’s fairly priced. Keep in mind, the hours that Google has posted may not always be accurate. It’s best to call and ask, so you don’t make the trip and find out they’re closed. Currently, what I see posted on their door is M-F 7am- 1:30pm. Sa, Sun 7am- 3pm.

First.. the service and the restaurant were nice. Our waitress seemed tired but it was early morning. What wasn’t good was the food. It was cold from the beginning and that was just the start. My daughter’s French toast was microwaved so the edges were dry but the inside was soggy. The cornbread that came at the beginning was dry really dry and the pink stuff was a I’m not even sure. It tasted like glue. The smoked salmon omelet was burnt on one side and then stuffed with cold sweet smoked salmon. And the hash browns were already congealed mess of grease and something else. My husband loves chicken fried steak and was hoping this was going to be great but it was saltier than anything he had ever tried. It would not cut and the gravy was just slapped on. We all ate a couple bites and then were done. It was probably the most unattractive meal we have ever had.

I ordered the beechers brisket hash. It was ok.
My husband ordered chicken in a biscuit. The chicken was burnt on one side. The bacon gravy didn’t have much bacon flavor. Over all lack of basic seasoning.
We’ll pass next time. Thanks

I got DoorDash through hash and normally when you get food sent to you it’s no good. I’d have to say their presentation is wonderful. Their eggs were still cooked beautifully. The bacon is not too crispy. It’s still warm when it got here and to hyphenate that the eggs were not overdone by the time they got to me what a pleasure.

Super clean spot with fast seating and really friendly service. The food was excellent and nicely presented. Loved the retro-modern décor, it gave the place a great vibe. The lounge bar area was lively and comfortable too. Definitely worth a visit

Service was great, & the restaurant was clean, portions are enough for two people to share. However, the food was not the greatest, the gravy is too thick and flavorless, the eggs taste bland and potatoes were over cooked.

It was a decent breakfast but nothing spectacular. The diner has a fun retro theme and the servers were all very friendly, although service was a little on the slow side. We waited for almost 5 minutes after coming in to have a hostess come and then we had to request a wipe-down for the high chair. My eggs Benedict was fine (I got the BBB with shredded pork) but it was far from the best I’ve had. It was a little dry. I did think they made a pretty good hollandaise sauce, though! Worth a stop if you’re driving through.

Wonderful meal!! It was one of the best I’ve had for a long time. Our party of 4 ordered biscuits and gravy, a side of ba on, French toast with bacon, and 2 half orders of chicken fried steak. ALL were excellent! I thought maybe the waitress had not heard us ask for half orders, but she said it was correct. A full order had 2 chicken fried steaks! Wow!!! The country potatoes were amazing, the eggs cooked perfectly, rye toast that they served with Marion berry jam, spiced apples, and they specialize in bacon gravy with real chunks of bacon in it. The gravy was the bomb!! They started us out with a complimentary mini loaf of cornbread with Marion berry butter. The ladies in our party also had 2 tasty margaritas. Yes, with breakfast…it was 11am. Lol. The decor is fun and pleasing. But do be aware they close at 3pm. Prices weren’t bad. The biscuits and gravy, side of bacon, chicken fried steak, coffee, and a margarita was $49.
I can’t wait to go back! I am going to say again…the gravy was the bomb!

Excellent, excellent, excellent!

The interior is sparkling clean! Big wooden tables, comfortable seating – darling atmosphere.

The food servings are generous and tasty! Mr. Wonderful had the classic Benedict and thoroughly enjoyed it. I had the Portuguese sausage (linguisa) scramble, it was filling and fantastic! Half of it is coming home with me.

Our server was Jennifer and she was delightful. Thanks for the recommendation, you were spot on!
