I wish if I could rate zero stars for your service! I placed a mobile order with just two wraps and a drink. We arrived on the exact pickup time but the drive thru staff told us to pull over to a pick up area as they were preparing our order. We were ghosted for 20 mins at the waiting spot and I had to go into the store. While inside the store, I saw my order sitting there ready to go. No apologies of any sort from the staff and we left the store without any fuss to find out that both the wraps were cold as hell and were not marked! I know customer service especially in the fast food business is hard but please don’t make your customers hate your for simple things! Not recommended at all!

Ordered a poutine through the drive thru and asked for it fresh and hot she said Absolutely! So I waited patiently and when I got home it was cold. So dissatisfied. Sometimes the top fries are hot and the bottom is cold. Next time I will check the food before I drive off. Their poutine tastes amazing with hot fries. Such a waste of money.
