We had not visited this place under previous management, with these nice folks taking over earlier this year. They are doing fantastic. It’s a menu with traditional country-living favorites, mixed with a few sophisticated options that go beyond comfort food. I went with Fish & Chips, while the Wifey looked to nosh on Wings and a well-prepared Caesar Salad. Expert hands fried the fish. Lightly battered, not greasy, flaky amazingness in every bite. I so appreciate that. And having a fresh and tasty slaw to compliment was perfect. Note that their house-made sauces/dippers were amazing, with flavors-a-poppin’. My poor Wifey had to hear me rave about the Tartar the whole time. Our server was a sweetie, and picked me a winner of an IPA to wash it all down. A visit from the Chef/Owner to see how we were doing was cool as all get out. This resto is a grand-slam winner in a beautiful Palouse small town…

Great service and menu/drinks. The smoked turkey pesto grilled cheese was delish. We also tried the burnt ends- next time we will request crispy/extra crispy. Waitstaff were attentive and the place has a wonderful charm. Great spot for football Sunday or a relaxed local place any day of the week.

On my first visit I was very impressed. The food was incredible, service was outstanding and I will be back again.
My family had the burnt ends pork belly, Mozzarella sticks, pulled pork sandwich, sloppy joe sandwich and the kids had grilled cheese.
The burnt ends were smothered in a homemade bbq sauce which had a perfect balance of sweet and spice. The Mozzarella sticks were done perfectly and did not appear to be from a frozen bag.
The pulled pork had a delicious sweet bbq sauce on it and a good smoke flavor.
The sloppy joes were delicious and such a nice addition to the menu that I hardly ever see.
The only reason for the 4 stars is the limited menu(which the owner said will be changed the day after) and the frozen tots and fries.
I will absolutely be back and cant wait for the updated menu.

We’ve recently had the fish and chips, burgers, turkey bacon pesto sandwich, and the pot roast special. All phenomenal. Sides are great too, especially the Jo Jos. Food is great, service is great, malbec is on point, prices are very reasonable. A new weekly spot for us!

I had some chickens strips and a side salad – just right! Appreciated that they put the dressing on the side even though I forgot to ask. Kiddo had a corn dog which is always exciting for him. Friendly staff and good food. I’ve not had a drink here before but looking forward to trying.

Quaint little establishment with awesome service and a down home feel. Wait staff was super friendly, super fast and fun. The good was great! Large portions and good prices. If you’re driving through, definitely stop in, even for a milkshake.

Awesome local spot that’s kid friendly and full of character. Delicious food and super nice, welcoming staff. Glad we discovered this spot driving through town with our two kiddos. The free museum next door was also an unexpected surprise that our kids enjoyed exploring after lunch!

Make this a destination!! Exactly the type of vibe and service you would want and expect but the food… So good. Everything we had was fresh and tasty. I cant recall ever having American staples which tastes this good. Our family had the steak bites, potota skins, wings, salad and more
