I finally tried this place after living nearby for 5 years!
During Hurricane Hilary I started craving pancakes. Google lead me to this shop.
I wanted real pancakes and HMK delivered. I ordered the flight sampler which is enough pancakes for 3-4 people.
Lemon Ricotta was my favorite!
Perfect bacon—thick, flavorful, not-too-salty, and well-done.
Parking was easy.
Customer service was FABULOUS! The employees seemed happy and eager to serve. The prices are a little steep but I feel good because the food is made with quality and fresh ingredients—-you can taste it. The employees seemed went above and beyond.
I’d definitely recommend and return. It’s not an overrated or trendy cafe on the Blvd. Glad the storm allowed us to meet.

I absolutely LOVE this place. From the ambiance to the coffee, food and desserts. The staff is super friendly and the owner as well. Always with a smile and making sure his customers are satisfied. I recommend the bowl, parfait, French toast, lattes. This is a place where you should come and try every dish. They have an outdoor area and free parking in the back. They close at 3 pm. They are quick even when the place is packed. Saturdays tend to be busy with great energy and vibe! Go to Harvest Moon! Even the name is magnificent.

Your typical neighborhood mom and pop kitchen. Everything here is fresh and made to order. This was my third time having the yummy magnolia omelet with sourdough toast and fresh fruit. Spread the feta cheese evenly around its open face… it really makes the omelet. I also had some of my partner’s lavender latte. It’s nice that the the lavender kicks in after the coffee flavor. Coffee is still unlimited, but no longer self serve – they come around to refill. They also have homemade desserts and baked goods (cookies, croisants, cakes, scones, muffins, etc.) I want to come back and try their lunch menu + soup of the day.

I love Harvest Moon! So lucky the best breakfast place in L.A. is in the neighborhood! I always order The Farm Omelette. It’s divine. Don’t forget to order the squash hash as your side and be sure to spread the spinach pesto and homemade jam. Nom

After my Saturday morning workout at the gym with my friends, we go to Harvest Moon for breakfast. It’s in our neighborhood and the food is great and the servers are Fantastic. They have been there forever, so they must enjoy working there and it shows. Props to Adam, Alexis, Jamie, Kyle, and Vickie Jo.
You guys rock…
See you next Saturday.

A local spot with tasty food and friendly crew! We particularly love the vegetarian options, fresh pastries, and the option to sit inside or out. Grateful to have Harvest Moon in the neighborhood!

The two brunch dishes we ordered were excellent. The food took a while to come out, but we were not in any rush and we’re enjoying our weekend brunch. Coffee drinks were good. We did not enjoy the bread pudding we ordered however — it was overtly heavy and thick.
