If I could give it zero stars I would. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Waited over 2 hours for my food, finally got it but didn’t get my appetizers tell after I got my main course. And the one thing I could understand from the menu was a burger, a steak burger to be exact, it was raw like rare. I asked for it to be well done.

We were staying at this hotel and figured we would just order from the restaurant and eat in our room. First, there are no menus in the room, which is weird. There was a QR code that when I clicked ‘dining’ it brought me to the reservations page for the hotel. I finally had to look up the restaurant on Google. I think they were short staffed because no one answered and I think the menu wasn’t current because what I ordered wasn’t prepared the way it said it would be online. I ended up going down to order in person. Initially i ordered a burger but they were out. I looked at the menu again and decided on the shrimp and grits but the bartender/server/ possibly even the cook was missing for a while (which is why I’m joking about her being the cook too) after about 10 min I just walked off and figured I just wouldn’t eat. I had to take my dog out tho about 20 min later so stopped back in and ordered. When I finally got my food it was not worth the wait. The shrimp was super salty and over seasoned. The grits were dry and flavorless. The creme brulee was green? And not bruleed. So for $9 I got room temp green pudding. I spent $38 (including tip) and ate maybe 4 bites total of the 2 items I ordered. If they can’t properly make creme brulee to go then say that. But since I was a hotel guest they could have just prepared it as if I was eating it at the restaurant and asked me to just leave the dish in the room. It was disappointing

We made a reservation for 7:15 and were told by the bartender that there would still be a 20-minute wait. When we mentioned that we had a reservation, the response was dismissive and the wait time remained the same. After the hostess arrived and asked for our party size, we were told to have a seat, but no one came to check on us, offer menus, or provide any further communication. After waiting about 10 minutes without acknowledgment, we decided to leave. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend.

This place could really be a nice place to eat in Clarksville if more people knew it existed inside the DoubleTree Hilton. I was there for my 1st time at a private birthday lunch reservation for 10 people. They sat us in a private room but next time I will request to sit in the pretty velvet red chaired area when I come for brunch or dinner. That area was very aesthetically pleasing and brought the ambiance. The fried green tomatoes appetizer with goat cheese & tomato jelly was soo worth coming back for alone! My lunch was the grilled chicken sandwich with shoestring fries and it was good & made fresh! I really liked the brioche bun it was served on. My colleagues raved about the cranberry & apple salads and all agreed the salad dressing was drinkable it was so delicious. Others said the Smoked Turkey BLT was yummy and the Double Steak Burger was enjoyable as well. The only negative was we did have to wait awhile on the food but we had a party of 10 so not sure if the kitchen was overwhelmed on that many people at once. But I do know I will have to return again to try their BRUNCH menu on the weekend and also the dinner menu one night since the descriptions sounded very mouthwatering. And I’ll try to take pictures the next time I visit since this time I totally forgot. ♀️
But I do recommend you call ahead and make reservations so they can prepare for your arrival. I will go back very soon though for another delicious meal. Thanks Juan for making our private lunch party a success! We appreciate your whole crew for being so kind & friendly!! Also thanks to our server, Amaya, she was very patient and sweet with all the people in our party and their individual requests. She was very nice and that meant a lot to us.

Wonderful experience! The waitress was attentive, and let us sample a couple beers on tap that were completely foreign to us, and service was rather fast.
Food was also of a very high quality. I got the Mushroom Risotto, and was thoroughly impressed with it. Perfectly strong with a hint of stinkiness from the parmesan to balance the richness.
I will still give it a 4 since I don’t think the value is really there. While I enjoyed the risotto, 26 dollars is a bit on the steeper end for the portion size.
Regardless, I would recommend it if you don’t mind paying a little bit extra for some great food

Nice hotel bar. Drinks were really good. Service was ok, slow, but friendly. The price was on the higher end. Not surecwe will be back but it was worth trying.
