Honestly, one of the best hotel restaurants I’ve been to.
Nice people. Good selection of mid to top shelf alcohol. Solid food.
I was skeptical, but the restaurant was solid enough I would recommend it even if someone wasn’t staying at the hotel.

Great food and service. Restaurant was closed so ate at the bar. The food was very good with large portion sizes for a small price. I was telling my lady that pork chop meal I had would be almost 50 bucks in Portland, but don’t raise the prices ok. The french onion soup was good and not super salty and the fettuccine my lady had was great with shrimps. Bartender was nice, made us feel welcome and very attentive to service needs. We also ate the breakfast buffet this morning before we left. Great selection of fruits meat and other items. My only complaint is the eggs looked like they had been there a while.

We had brunch there and I requested some Hollandaise sauce. The waitress brought me a yellowish mayo based cold sauce. When I told her it wasn’t Hollandaise, she returned it to the Chef and he told her to tell me that it was Hollandaise and it is served cold. Apparently, he didn’t want to be bothered.

This place was great. I went to lunch with co-workers there we were practically the only table there which was good and we had great service but i do habe to admit that they did take a bit longer than expected for a lunch menu. I had the burger, which was not bad they just got a little carried away with the charbroil part of it. But other than that, it would’ve been perfect, so I’d give it a 9/10. I will definitely go back and give them another try in the coming days.

I came with a small group. I had the Bacon overload pizza. If you like a thin crispy crust, and hot fresh cheese & bacon. Please order one for me. I was only a visitor in Wichita, but my mouth waters at the thought of it. My Husband is a very picky Steak eater, and he exclaimed after his first bite of the huge KC Strip that it was by far the best steak he had eaten in many years. The other couple with us had eaten here previously, and they already knew what to expect. They had Buffalo Wing dinners. We ordered a side of the roasted brussel sprouts. Now, many do not like them. However, if you like them plan on ordering some please. You will thank me later. Overall, I would give it more than 5 if I was able. Service was as excellent as the food.

Friendly staff -probably the buffet is best deal! They also have made to order breakfast items like omelets and other breakfast classics! Hotel parking! Food was tasty! Apparently I could have worn my pajamas to breakfast??? I would go again! Was busy but was a holiday!

Every time I visit Wichita and I stay at this hotel I eat at this amazing restaurant. The food selection is top-notch, practically Michelin status. Everything on the menu is delicious and everything comes out in perfect temperature and the staff are just amazing.

Some hotel restaurants are a little lite on the offerings, but Harvest has a great variety. Everyone is friendly and helpful.
The bar area is nice also, good crowds.

I travel a lot with my job and the Hyatt in downtown Wichita is one of the many hotels my company utilizes. The restaurant and bar in this hotel is my favorite by far. I’ve dined here at least a dozen times and not once have I ever had a bad meal or bad service. The food is always excellent and the service is always friendly and prompt. The Caesar salad with salmon is my “go to” here and it never disappoints.
