This place was absolutely so cute! Cool air in the inside and also just a perfect spot to be in!
Food was great! It could be a bit better, have a bit more flavoring to it but if you do want a quick bite, this is definitely the place to go. The food is served in quite big plates which I found very surprising and also very filling. Also there was a lot of options on the menu to choose from!
Service was amazing! Came around with a very kind waiter who greets you and takes your order. Has a smile on her face and always is happy to help out! She was great!
Atmosphere felt not quite like a Diner. It felt more like a general family restaurant with definitely a ton of seating around. Bathrooms were also clean which is good.
Overall, this restaurant is a place I would go back to if I am in the area. Going down to North Carolina is something I do almost every year and now realizing that this place is on the road I constantly go on, it’s somewhere I should go for lunch. I would recommend this restaurant but not really for big families, more just like with parents or friends.

Traveling from out of town with our toddler and we needed child friendly options. The diner was clean and servers kind. Not very busy when we went on a Saturday eve. We ordered the chicken Philly sub with a cup of chicken noodle soup and fries, the fish and chips platter that also came with chicken noodle soup, and a kids spaghetti and large meatball. The portions were huge and food came out hot. The wait for the items took longer than expected but nearly every restaurant in the eastern shore area was either not taking customers due to being short staffed or extremely busy wait so we didn’t mind waiting. One of the workers, who is Turkish, was kind and delightful to speak with. We talked about cultural immersion and travels and I’m happy we got to meet him in such a small town. The food was great, the prices reasonable, and the portions were large that you could get 2 meals out of them. One suggestion is to please wait to mop floors until after you close to the public as the bleach smell gave me a headache and it’s not healthy to smell the fumes.

A pleasant surprise. We are not from the area but travel through here once a year and the area doesn’t have much to offer for sit down meals. There were 12 of us and all but 2 ordered something different. Most of us had the chicken soup to start which was delicious. Their fries came out nice and hot and so crispy. The staff was very attentive. It did take a little longer but I attribute that to staffing shortages like every other restaurant in the country.
Everyone enjoyed their meals and the portions were huge.

I have been to Exmore, VA a lot of times since May 2020, traveling from Washington DC and always looked for good food, between dinners and sea food places, never was a 100 % satisfied.
Recently I’ve noticed a new dinner ” Harvest Dinner” on Lankford Hwy. I ordered a house salad with grilled chicken, broccoli bites, a chicken melt and a burger, all my main dishes came with a cup of soup.. The food is the bomb. ALL freshly made, the salad was huge and so delights. I had to come back the next day to pick some more items of the enormous menu. Its totally reasonable pricing and excellent fresh food. On top my waitress/cashier Hasibe was super nice and welcomed me to the new place super friendly. I am impressed. I had to leave this comment, cause excellent service is hard to find. I hope I could make my waitress smile with the tip I left for both days even though I came for pick up. Truly a place to go with your family. BON APETIT!!!! YUMMY

The menu is extensive there is something for everyone. The first night we had pizza and it was some of the best pizza I’ve had. We went back the second night for take out, and ordered the ham club and the turkey club. And the third night had another pizza and chocolate cake, which were very good Marie and Boris were like instant friends, great, friendly and accommodating. Thanks for the good food!

My husband and I stopped at this little gem on our trip back to upstate New York from Myrtle Beach. We were very pleased with the food and service. We had lunch and decided to order a pizza to go for the road. Our waitress was very pleasant and accommodating to our needs. We ended up getting dessert , my husband says it was the best carrot cake he ever had. If we are ever in the area again, we would not hesitate to go there again!! Thanks for being a wonderful place to go to in a small town.

Stopped at this place while passing though on a trip, and was blown away by their amazing food! The wait was reasonable, and all the food came out very fresh.
The tables and general areas definitely could have been much cleaner though.

Was staying in local hotel and ordered delivery from this place. They were out of 3 items that we ordered worth $19.97 plus tax and THEY NEVER REIMBURSED US! They sent out our food before calling us to tell us they were out of the products. They decided to call right as the delivery driver was coming into hotel. They never gave us an option to exchange for something equal to what we ordered. They told us they were going to reimburse our money and it has been 3 days so far and nothing. They stole our money. I do not recommend this place. The food we got was subpar but unfortunately the area doesn’t have much options.

I’m sorry I have to do this, but there’s a lot wrong here. It’s in a defunct old fast food restaurant that has had the fixtures and signage hastily removed and nothing put in it’s place. The server was nice and he was trying but the food is not great. I think it starts with lesser quality ingredients and then not prepared very well either. The hamburger had a strange taste and the meatballs were inedible. I’m shocked there were so many good reviews, and that’s another problem. Someone is perpetuating this by leaving such high reviews. There’s a mismatch and it’s really defeating the purpose of the reviewing process. I want to see local restaurants succeed, but I have to be honest. Maybe there’s something on the menu that they do well, but everything I had was kinda yucky.
