We chose this place over Red Bowl, and we are so glad we did. If I’m being 100% honest, I didn’t have the highest of expectations for this place. It’s a takeout place in a shopping center, but boy was I wrong. You walk in and it might get a bit noisy at times, but it was decently quiet when we went. I am trying to wean off of soda so I went with there Tea menu and tried the Thai Milk Tea and it was amazing! One of the best I’ve EVER had – i next ordered the Hibachi Chicken with Rice, (and rice instead of vegetables), Miso Soup, & House Salad with a ginger dressing. The soup and salad portions may seem small at first, but oh man, they are making sure you have enough room for the insane size order of Chicken and rice you get. The rice was very tasty, and the chicken was amazing, it was not dry, very moist, flavourful , and if you add the white sauce they provide it just goes together amazingly. My girlfriend got just 2 side orders and a soda, and all of our food came out to just around 30$ which is pretty decent for 2 people to eat at a quality takeout restaurant. We had Sarah as our waitress too, she seemed slightly exhausted, but she was amazing and she really seemed to like working so, that made the experience better of course. My girlfriend and I are definitely going to be Coming back! 1000/10

My family and I have been going here for a few years now and I can’t remember one time that we ever had a bad experience. The food is absolutely delicious every single time , and it’s always consistent. They have the best sushi and hibachi in Alamance county! Everything is always fresh.

We came here for the sushi and it was delicious! The crab and mushroom appetizer was so good, but spicier than I thought it was going to be. The banana tempura dessert was simple but so tasty! We came here on a Friday night at dinner time and it wasn’t super busy, so that was nice!

This place seems to do a ton of takeout business, and that’s how I’d recommend it. Dining in was very odd. Owner or manager was sitting near us with a video call BLARING on her phone; impossible to ignore, and impossible to carry on our own conversation. Staff didn’t seem willing to challenge her, even though it was clearly bothering the whole restaurant. Food was good, but not without a remake. The sushi is well designed and executed. Accommodating food allergies and a vegetarian was easy, too.

Harusaki was great, the sushi was fresh and taste delicious! Even the spring rolls were tasty. I look forward to coming back to this location next time I’m in the area. The stuff was friendly and the restaurant was clean inside. I would recommend giving this Harusaki a visit if you’re in the area.

Harusaki was quickly added to our short list of restaurants to frequent. We cook at home a lot because we are good cooks and only go out to restaurants that give real value. And this restaurant does. We most recently were there with a group of eight on a Sunday afternoon and ordered quite the gamut of appetizers and entrees. Not one complaint and surely the best tempura vegetables around. I do wish they offered a spicy sauce. Even though the entree portions are quite satisfying, I thought the appetizers were on the skimpy side. The restaurant is clean and they were doing a big business in mid-afternoon, both in person and take out. We will be back.

I ordered hibachi to-go ( filet and fried rice) and crab wontons. The filet was definitely not filet, all my bites were chewy and the veggies on the side were not mixed, I literally received a pile of fried onions and 2 little pieces of broccoli. The flavor was fine and the crab wontons tasted good. I’m just sad I payed for ” filet” and did NOT get filet.

The restaurant has a rather small dining area. But it’s still spacious enough for dining without being close to others. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. And my temperature was checked for dining in. I had a short wait as they cleaned and sanitized the booth and table.
