The atmosphere was elegant, my only critique would be some of their music choices are a bit chaotic/night clubby for such a relaxing elegant environment. However, the food was great. Crème brûlée was pretty tasteless, cheesecake was good. Server was nice and professional. Overall a good experience. I would say above average.

Me and my boyfriend had an amazing date night at Haruno Sushi! We sat at the bar, and the service was truly amazing—so attentive and friendly. We started with the delicious Ika Tempura. Their specialty drinks were fantastic; we loved the Tiramisu and the Party in Your Mouth. For sushi, I enjoyed the Oh My God Roll and Yummy Roll, and my boyfriend loved the White Palace Roll and Naughty Monkey Roll. Every roll was fresh and high quality! Highly recommend this spot—five stars!

We had a great night here! My husband and I had Alexis L. as our server, and her service made our night amazing! She was very kind and friendly, and she was on top of our food and drinks the whole night. The dessert we had was delicious and the fireworks on top was a super cool experience. Atmosphere is chill and lovely. Absolutely would recommend!

Haruna used to be my favorite sushi spot. The server was amazing! However, sushi was bland and not super fresh tasting (Miami Roll, Sex in the City, Jalapeno Roll)
The worst part was the music to be honest. Atmosphere is such a huge part of the dining experience. On a Friday evening they played a 90’s rock song, then Ghostbusters theme, into a Michael Jackson song, then some odd song from the 50’s.
It’s a shame because the other aspects of the inside were really nice.

We ordered take out from here. We had meso soup and 3 rolls. No complaints about any of it! Very fresh tasting and well presented. Pick up time was reasonable. Would definitely consider dining in next time.

I went there at 2:30 on a Sunday afternoon. Our server did not come up to our table til about 15 minutes into being seated after repeatedly walking past us. After another 10 minutes they took our order. We waited about 40 minutes for our food to be brought out. During this time we had not received water but thankfully did miso soup… before our waters. After the 40 minute wait, my order of the teriyaki beef with steamed rice came with the beef and random French fries… overall we were so annoyed at this point we set a timer to see how long it would take for our server to check on us and give us a check. We waited another 15 minutes before finally being checked on and paying. Mind you this entire meal was for myself and my date. A table of 2 took an hour and 40 minutes. Needless to say we will find better somewhere else.

Sushi was really fresh. I especially enjoyed it because the portion of rice was smaller than usual sushi. In this way you can taste better the meat texture. I would like to send speicial thanks the Chef. Higly recommend this place.

Haruno is such a great little sushi spot! The fish is super fresh, and everything tastes amazing. The vibe is chill and cozy, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. I especially loved the salmon sashimi and their special rolls. Definitely coming back!

My family and I have said for years that Haruno is hands down the highest quality sushi in Springfield. Everything tastes super fresh, and they have a variety of food choices which cater to all palates. There is almost never a wait, and bonus that they accept reservations.
