My partner and I came here on MLK Day to celebrate my birthday. We moved here from Oklahoma City last summer and had a couple of really good ramen places there that we LOVED (like Tamasshi Ramen in OKC. They have this garlic fried rice that I still think about from time to time). We went to Jinya Ramen a while ago and were very disappointed by the experience since it has been hard to find a decent ramen place since our move.
I was craving ramen for my birthday and picked this place after looking at the website and menu. Neither of us had high expectations at all.
We are very proud to say that not only is Haru Ramen going to be our new go-to ramen spot since moving to Colorado, we actually think it’s BETTER than our favorite ramen spot in OKC.
The chicken karaage and fried pork gyoza were delicious and very fresh. The ramen bowls were very generous with their portions, especially the pork loin that melted from tenderness. The service was excellent. The prices were more than fair and reasonable for what you received. And the environment was very non-stimulating. It was pretty cold in there so be sure to bring a jacket to keep you extra cozy.
I honestly was having a rough time for my birthday, but coming here with good company was definitely one of the highlights of my birthday.
We will definitely be coming back frequently. 🙂

Great ramen, the spicy is definitely spicy so watch out especially since it’s soup. The pork bao were very unique and absolutely delicious. Very happy and we will be back!

Food is always amazing and the staff is super friendly. We’ve already come back a few times, and my favorite is the spicy pork tonkotsu ramen, the broth is rich and flavorful every time. Haru Ramen has definitely become one of our go-to spots!

Came in with some friends for ramen since it was chilly out. I ordered the miso tontoksu and everyone else ordered the black garlic. Mine was good. It was above average for the area.
Service was good and the place sparse but clean. My friend found a long hair in his soup so that sucked but he found it towards the end of his meal so it was what it was.

I went to eat ramen here, and it was absolutely delicious! The broth was so flavorful I couldn’t stop eating. I’m from Texas visiting Colorado, and I’m so glad I found this place. I truly loved it if you’re in the area, come try it, you won’t regret it!

I had the spicy tonkatsu ramen. The broth was good, noodles were alright and the egg was average. The pork was good. It was great on a cold and snowy day but the price is a bit much for what you get and the spicy option wasn’t very spicy. It’s good ramen for Colorado Springs.

I ordered the Pork Katsu delicious meat, and the vegetables were really fresh. Their Shoyu is really flavorful too although their Black Garlic Ramen is a bit salty. The staff were really kind and cheerful more than happy to help with everything. Would come again highly recommend.

We ordered delivery on 1/9 for our wedding anniversary because we were unable to go out. The chicken karaage had good flavor but the outside was soggy and the inside was chewy. The shrimp tempura was the same way and the dipping sauce had a weird taste like a cleaning solution. The chicken katsu was crispy on the outside but the chicken was really dry. When I added the broth to the shoyu ramen with chashu the noodles were stuck together and wouldn’t come apart. I had to microwave it but the flavor was ok.

The food is absolutely amazing service to me subpar as well as the cost of alcohol but the food and their eggs are a must

We were hopeful that we finally had a good ramen place in the Springs but left disappointed. On the website it says they make the noodles fresh daily along with the broth and the pictures on their website depicted fresh homemade noodles. It’s def false advertising because the noodles are the cheap $0.30 store bought ones that I can’t stand. I gave three stars because the service was quick, the seating on the floor was neat, and the broth was really good along with the chashu pork and egg but I really wish they would have at least used the ramen that is frozen because at least that’s a little better quality than the cheapest ramen on the shelf. We won’t be back unless it’s just to get the broth with the fixings. I’d rather buy better quality noodles.
