It’s so unfair to now charge customer $2 extra for baked chicken. It’s not mentioned on the menu board. Other stores do not implement this and watch your receipts as they may put other charges unauthorized. I refuse as a matter of principle. Manager would not come to the window to explain. I choose to spend my dollars at another franchise who doesn’t abuse the privilege of my dollars.

I want some chicken today’s the perfect day to go to Popeye’s or Kentucky or somewhere else they all have chicken on sale but I remember the gizzards are on sale here and I wanted a breast of chicken well worth the wait much bigger pieces and soul fresh you got to come here

On Nov. 9 2024 at 9:23 pm I visited this restaurant. I Waited over 15 minutes in drive through with only one vehicle in front me at the window. They allowed walkup orders at the drive through window. The worker was extremely slow and he could not give a receipt due to a computer problem.The crispy chicken was oily, over cooked , dry, and slightly burnt. The greens were too salted to eat after only spoonful. The cooked food was uncovered and placed in brown paper bag. The only thing good was the soft drink. AWAYS GET SOME TYPE OF RECEIPT FOR PROOF OF PURCHASE.

Once upon a time this place was a guarantee for good fried chicken, but the past few time I’ve been there I’ve gotten chicken that made me sick. It had an odd taste and I paid for it later, the rolls were great. The is a dump as well, the location on Cartwright Rd is a dump as well.
