My honest opinion. I will never go back to this place. Not worth it. You might think they would have a better variety of chicken and a better menu, but they don’t. Food does not taste good.

I can’t speak for other people, I can say that this was just awesome. Bunch of employees we’re courteous, manager walking around asking if everybody’s good. Food is what it is, Hardy, good at a great price for what you’re getting. Not sure what other people exactly are expecting, but being from Indiana I wish we had one of these there.

Went there last minute after convincing my bunch to eat there after a few failed attempts to eat at the Texas city location. But here’s we go through the drive thru , $55 later we get home to a cold serving side of runny Mac N Cheese.. one side item completely not even in the bag. Then served cold mashed potatoes with a tiny side of Cream gravy and after that we opened the main coarse and ate a few pieces I should’ve returned the whole bag of garbage, back to them. the first thing in the morning , Since it was late and we were hungry, ugh so I heated what we could up . Resumed the night and saved my receipt and put the 5 or 6 HUGE chicken like pieces that were I dunno what . Literally made of breading alone no chicken. We tried calling of course no answer, that evening or mid morning the. Next day at this point I would like a total refund. So when the next evening after working a whole 12 hours I drive to speak to someone that could help me because I understand mistakes happen new operation new people new training I didn’t wanna argue with them. I just wanted my refund and going about my business and I was informed by one gentleman behind the counter that he was corporate and he was not gonna refund me my money he was gonna send me down the road and tell me that there’s no way he was replacing or compensate me for whole meal and since I saved the 5 or so chicken LiKE pieces. That he’s the final say in this manner I offered to bring him the pieces back to him and his cold Mac n cheese and my proof of purchases , he again boldly stood there and told me that the chicken could’ve came from wherever he didn’t know where they came from. I could’ve gotten it from anywhere.! so obviously I’ve come to the conclusion that I would not be able to have this resolved in any shape or form so I just walked out. I will never darken their door ever for any reason anytime not good people, not good service and definitely not good food.. by the way it was February 14 ❤️

Did the drive through on soft opening day. Had to go inside to get my drinks that they forgot to hand me at the drive through window. When I got home the was no forks and no napkins. Other then that the food was good

The food was hot and fresh but the accuracy of the orders need to be better, customers are getting the wrong orders and the situation needs to be handled differently
