I recently tried the gizzards and was thoroughly impressed. The golden-brown coating was perfectly crispy, and even though I’m not usually a fan of bread, the roll that came with it was absolutely delicious—soft on the inside, slightly crispy on the outside. Every time I’ve visited, I’ve had a great experience. The food is consistently well-prepared, and the staff is always friendly and professional. While there’s a bit of a wait in the drive-thru, it’s clear that they take the time to make each order fresh, which I really appreciate. Overall, it’s a great spot for a satisfying meal, and the prices are more than reasonable for the quality and service provided.

This place gives horrible customer service. From getting old chicken and trying to getting remake….the MOD is impossible to deal with. Ms. V is the absolute worst. She is very argumentative and agressive. She continued to deny giving me old chicken. As you can see in the picture, it is very dry and old. The store owner doesn’t allow anyone to do refunds other than her, if your lucky enough to catch her in the store. Owner does not care how the staff is treating customers and makes excuses for them. During my wait inside, I observed other customers complaining about the service. I will never ever dine with them again.

The restaurant is consistently clean and well-maintained. However, the customer service experience has been frustrating. On several visits, I’ve had difficulty placing my order through the drive-thru due to a significant language barrier, which led to confusion and delays.
I believe clearer communication support or additional training could greatly improve the customer experience.

Just went through the drive thru order 5 pc mixed. I asked the Hispanic lady only wings and drums no thighs. Get home after a long day of work to discover in my bag 1 drum, 1 wing, 1 breast and 2 thighs. This very bad customer service to the store manager and the owner. From the looks of all other reviews this is an on going experience. I’ll be calling in the morning to corporate. I’m a business corporation owner myself, if one of my employees give bad customer service I would discipline them immediately. The other reviews show the same bad customer service behavior. Smh it has to get better in our community. Hard working people just wanting a hot meal for their family to eat a good meal. Very bad situation I must say!

Decided to try their buffet. There was one other patron inside. The food is freshly made. If you want a side thats not on the buffet line, you pay for that separately. I’ve learned if you can only eat once, buffets aren’t the way to go. The food was good, but I only ate a kids plate worth and was done. I actually loved the fact that they had roasted chicken on the line, as I didn’t want fried food. See the video below.

Ordered the half dozen gizzards which came with a roll. I must say the roll was golden. I’m not much of a bread eater, but I could not just let the roll sit there without eating. They prepared the gizzards to a golden coating. I have had a pleasant interaction each time I visited. The prices are reasonable as well. There is a wait in the drive-thru, but that tells me that each order is being prepared as it is ordered.

Went around 9pm and waited for over 30 minutes. Got home thinking our food was fresh and started eating the chicken was bleeding. we will never eat here again!!!. You can get sick and if me and my family do get sick we will sue called and no answer. This is absolutely unacceptable!!! I think they wanted to close early tonight.Will be calling the corporate office in the morning.

Got three pieces of fried fish with okra. Fish are absolutely too thin so it’s like you’re eating nothing but the skin with corn meal everywhere. My okra was over cooked. Did not eat it. Wasted my money.

The food was great but there were 3 nasty customers who took their dirty plates back to the buffet for seconds. One did it twice. That’s a health hazard No-No. That needs to be fixed.

First visit. Walked in to order because the drive-through was lengthy. A few other folks were already waiting for their orders, I had to wait a few minutes before anyone took my order. Surprisingly my order came out before a few waiting. Chicken was good, mashed potatoes eh, but fried okra and biscuit are done right.
