What a great little tavern. Great atmosphere and very comfortable. Service is top-notch and friendly. They serve submarine sandwiches, but not any grill food at this time. Monday through Friday 4-8 the have a martini special for $5.00 with at least 10 different flavors. Great comfortable place to hang out and watch sports.

Never met our server besides when we cashed out our 2 drinks, which some guy, owner maybe?, brought us after we sat there a minute. Was told “ill be with you in a minute” by the server, at the bar after i sought my bill, as she chatted with her friend. Still tipped 50% because we own a business and get it, but the earned tip would have been 0. First time in 19 years of bars ive told myself, never again. First time in 19 years I didn’t stay for 2 drinks somewhere. Mind you this was around 9pm, and it was our first drink after working 12 hours.
Bar is very clean. No food, but saw someone get a pizza delivered no problem, so options. Not rowdy, peaceful. Worst customer service ever recieved however.

If i could give this place more than 5 stars, I would!! i was recently introduced by some friends, and i will most definitely be returning!! our server last night, on friday the 27th, was FANTASTIC!!! she was so kind & made my birthday feel so special!!!

I agree, it is so nice to finally have a neighborhood tavern; not for the purpose of getting “plastered”, but to have a neighborhood place to go hang out, to watch a game, have a quick beer, or play a game of pool. We’ve always had to go elsewhere for a drink (i.e. Bulldogs long ago). I hope this place does well. I’d rather do what I can here in Hartville than venture out to other towns. It’s a great little place. It’s just getting started so there will be more to come, but hopefully residents will patronize it and it can become just as successful as a place like the Front Porch has become (for differing reasons, obviously). I’d encourage anyone to stop in. Best of luck to the owner!
