We love getting food here! Pizza is always fantastic! I personally love the loaded chili Tots ! My husband loves the gyro salad and my kids love playing pool while we wait! The patio with the fire tables are sure fun and cozy to sit at! Definitely a must try! If you like it a little quieter go on a Wednesday night!

Stopped in for a quick bite and ended up having an AMAZING experience! Mikala, the bartender, was incredible and made hands down the best meatball sandwich I’ve ever had. I also tried a new beer called Copper Hart and it was absolutely delicious. Everything was perfect — can’t wait to come back again soon!

We always have a good time at Hart’s saloon. The service was good due to them being pretty busy on a Friday night. I ordered the softail sandwich and it was amazing. All of the flavors of the ingredients complement each other perfectly. The only complaint I have is that their sandwiches are all around 15 dollars and do not come with a side. I paid extra to get tots as a side and they barely give you any.

We only got the pizza! The chef Matt brought it out to us himself!! Loved it! Coke products. We only request Busch N/A. That would be over the top 10 stars! The bike ride was very nice. Clean bathrooms! This is a must stop place.
They have bands & soon an outside bar. The patio area is made from shipping containers. Adding more to the outside.

I highly recommend the wood fire pizza. They have cauliflower crust for anyone sensitive to gluten. They also had a cheeseburger soup without a roux based.

We stopped in Harts Saloon for lunch today. It is very nicely decorated full service bar with large TVs and music. We found the staff very friendly. There is plenty of bar and table space to sit and relax.
We had the Wood fire pizza and combo beef sandwich, portions were large and they both tasted delicious.
Great place to stop when on a bike ride or classic car cruise.

If you live nearby, are driving by, or making a special trip for a meal – this is the place! Absolutely superb food prepared by Chef Matt, a creative master at his craft. We went there with high expectations since Hart’s was recommended by our local baker who loves/knows food — a pro recommendation. We were not disappointed, not the slightest. The 45 minute drive was well worth it, even through the rain. Hebron, Illinois, is not the first place that would come to mind for great pizza … and more. But Hart’s is a jewel in this small town. Well done. Well done, indeed!

Chef Matt has done an amazing job with the menu here. We tried the buffalo chicken pot stickers, Hebron bread, and honey siracha sandwich and everything was absolutely delicious. Drinks were good and fun atmosphere. We will definitely be back
