The management that day was horrible. Waited 10 minutes at the drive thru speaker after the cashier told me to hold on and they never came back. Went inside and waited almost 30 minutes before I hear someone from the back yell it would be 20 more minutes on the order I placed 30 minutes ago. I asked for a refund and all I got from the manager was ” it will be back on your card in 3 to 5 business days”. I wasn’t looking for anything free but a simple apology would have been nice.

This evening we went to this place to get some chicken after a long drive from Out of state. First thing I noticed right off was everyone that worked in there was very young had attitudes and not one of them greeted me and my wife or even smiled. The one young lady that was at the register taking orders had major attitude and was very very moody. So we placed an order and I ordered sweet tea to drink. She gave us our cups and I waited until she was finish with the orders and I reminded her that I had sweet tea due to the fact that the sweet tea is behind the counter she had to fix it for me. So this is when everything took a turn. I said I had sweet tea for my drink sooooo she snatched my cup off the counter but when she grabbed it she put all 4 of her fingers inside of my cup. So I asked her can I please get another cup I have no clue where you hands been. She angrily threw the cup in the trash and grabbed another cup so I asked her if she was having a bad day? Then I also stated if you are having a bad day don’t take it out on me!!! She never responded or said not one word. I have no clue who the manager was because like I said everyone in there was very young and they all look like they didn’t want to be there at all. These days I don’t say much to young people because they are so disrespectful and angry about everything like the world owe them something but never the less I promise I will not go to another Harts chicken establishment. Yall have a great weekend and a Merry Christmas.

Hart’s is not what it used to be.The floors was dirty, tables was dirty, windows etc.The employee’s in the kitchen was arguing.The cashier added a item to my order that I didn’t order. I use to love eating at this place but it seems to be gone down hill,hopefully things will get better.

I know the food is always good. Can’t speak for the inside of the building as I haven’t been inside since many years ago when it was something else… but, I’m only the second car in line and I placed my order 30 min ago. Slow for fresh is fine, but I could have been in and out of most sit down restaurants by now. Service this slow is pathetic and absolutely inexcusable!

Service was okay. But the food was horrible. My husband didn’t even get what he ordered and didn’t notice till he got home and it just wasn’t worth it to go back. The shrimp was rubbery, fish was tough, tots were mediocre, pups were so so. The only good food was the slaw. My husband said he did like the roll, but the chicken tenders were the normal ones, not spicy like he ordered and not too good. I didn’t get any sauce and they gave him only once sauce packet for the amount of tenders he got which was not enough.
