Love this food truck located in the heart Waldo. Great, personable, and friendly owners. Brisket was delicious, after all sampler we bought a pound of sliced to go. Will be back soon to try the other meats and sides. Thank you for the delicious treat!

Very good BBQ for a food truck in the parking lot of a tool store!
Brisket was cooked to perfection. The ribs had good flavor just not much meat. Also tried the pulled pork and it was on point. Not sure if it’s homemade BBQ sauce or not, but it’s just okay.
The sides were really good. You could make a meal out of the beans, potato salad and mac and cheese seemed to be homemade and was very good.
They have a large menu that includes a chili dog which is what I want to try next! I bet the brisket nachos are very good! Can’t wait to go back.

Just the very best brisket you are gonna find anywhere around south Arkansas! Super nice folks and excellent meat! The ribs are great (get some n their list) and tea cakes too y’all!! Their beans will leave ya wanting more!

Best BBQ around I was one of their first customers when they had just a tent and a bbq grill before the food truck . When I pull up on my black suburban they already knew what I wanted and know me by name .

Had Hart’s provide brisket w/sides for an extended family Sunday lunch after a special occasion. They advised me on exactly how much I needed, when to pick it up, and how to warm the brisket while we were in church. Food was excellent. Got a customer for life here….

I’m visiting Waldo from Dallas,TX. My elderly cousin who resides in Waldo wanted some BBQ. Lol! She asked me to Google and find a BBQ place. She was very surprised that one 5 minutes away from her house. I was disappointed that they did not have ribs available today. I was well pleased with the brisket, boudin, mac & cheese, and coleslaw. My cousin enjoyed her brisket plate. She’s telling everyone she knows about this food truck. She said she grew up with the Harts. The next time I’m in town I will stop by for some ribs.
