I heard a lot of great things about this place so I had to see for myself! I grabbed my Best friend and we headed out to a lovely meal, starting out with some really crazy cocktails. I enjoyed an extra dirty martini while I munched on our complementary focaccia! Delicious.

We share the seasonal burrata, a Caesar salad, and just really enjoyed the vibes. For entrées we had the steak Frites and also the roasted chicken, I don’t know which one I like more both equally scrumptious! Four dessert our server recommended we get the chocolate soufflé, it was 15 minutes, but totally worth the weight! We also tried the chocolate mousse cake, which was out of this world

My husband and I were there for Valentines and yes a fixed price, we had to ask for water and our drinks were 24$ each living in NY City were less and we asked for our Filet to be cooked medium and were told only rear or well done. According to my experience when you’re paying those prices you order your food the way you like it. I don’t think we should have to do what the restaurant says. Will not be telling our friends who are all physicians to patronize this restaurant. Truly sorry

The Hartley is a great addition to the neighborhood. We grabbed a seat at the bar, and the bartenders were friendly, attentive, and really knew their stuff. The food was excellent across the board—highlights included the crisp, addictive chips, a bright and fresh tuna crudo, a perfectly cooked dry-aged NY strip, and pillowy gnocchi with short ribs. Great vibe and even better food—I’ll definitely be back.

Food and drinks were fine, service was good, but the 3% service charge for credit card really threw me off at the end. Not sure how you can market yourself as a higher-end expensive restaurant where the majority of your customers will be paying with credit card and not communicate this upfront. Felt very scammy. Won’t be back.

The staff is friendly and professional. We were greeted with a big smile and immediately seated. The ambiance is beautiful. The room is super elegant but yet not pretentious. We had the short rib gnocchi, the grilled spring onion and roasted carrots, and the black sea bass. All amazing!

Beautiful restaurant in a very quiet location. The bar was great and both bar tenders were making some really tasty drinks. We had several appetizers that were split amongst 6 people my favorite was the shrimp and grits, followed by the salad, and the special appetizer that they had. I ordered the pork chop for my main course. While it was good it wasn’t my favorite one ever. I would def come back here to try another dish!

Cool/trendy spot. Creative drinks and menu. Apps were great! We ordered steaks with a couple sides – steaks came out pre-cut at room temp . Flavor was good, but temperature was off. Sides (broccolini and fingerling potatoes) were unimpressive.

Overall this was a good experience with a great meal. Went for Valentines Dinner and the apps and entrees and desserts were all great. Full of flavor, appropriate meat temperature and good service.

The one rub I have is we ordered a dirty vodka martini with Grey Goose vodka and this was a $21 cocktail. I have to say this is way too much for this drink. I recognize a martini is all alcohol but the reality is that a liter bottle of Grey Goose is around $40 retail. To charge this much for a cocktail will wind up driving away patrons in the long run.

I may be back for the food but I’ll think twice about ordering a cocktail at this price.
