I had the Pad Thai with pork plate, and the pork in my dish had an after taste not sure if it was old. The dish when brought to me looked like it was not stir fry, not appealing. I asked for peanut sauce and it was an extra charge. Overall, the dish was not worth $18. Will I come again? No.

Well… Longview is not known for it’s Asian food. Have eaten all over town and zero, nip, nada no good Asian places worth mentioning. My family and I ate here for dinner, it sucked for me. My family thought it was just ok.
My wife and adult son ate pad tai, and none came with peanut sauce, that was extra. My son found egg shells in his and my wife told me we should have gone to Woodland for Tai…the Tai drinks were six bucks nominal with Dutch Bris. I ordered a double burger and fries, every thing else seemed just priced out of my tiny head. My two patties were as thin as bolony, and the wanted to charge extra for a tomato we all drank water and my fries were ok, but I had to drown my burger in soy sauce and ketchup to soften it up to become edible. Never going back. $66 out for lousy food. Avoid this place. There is a world beyond Longview.

We had a great experience here. I really appreciate that they have so many gluten free options, and take it seriously. Our server was really helpful and friendly and everything was delicious! Will absolutely be back.

I ate at this restaurant about 10 years ago and it was great. I ordered the Pad Woon Sen and Fresh Rolls. The Pad Woon Sen was bland and not much flavor. I asked for fish sauce to flavor it. When asking for the sauce I noticed the man who was helping us eating and watching sports. It took him several minutes for him to look around as I patiently waited. He was friendly though. I have had this dish at other Thai restaurants and this did not meet the mark. I also noticed they have large menu. Maybe fewer dishes so you can focus on quality instead of quantity.

As more and more Thai restaurants focused on authenticity pop up in Longview Hart-C’s has stood the test of time catering to local tastes. While I’ve never dined in, the take-out has never disappointed.

Good food, Good Portions, friendly service, the Thai Iced Teas are dank ! Fairly vibey dinning room. Not always 100% on take out ( super spicy instead of medium, forgetting an extra side of limes or peanuts etc ) I would recommend dinning in for the maximum experience.

The atmosphere of this strip mall restaurant pretty bland. The food, however, is very good. The menu offers a large selection of Thai dishes as well as burgers and fries. The best part was a photo menu of each Thai dish, which makes ordering a lot easier for someone inexperienced with Thai food.

This was the worst tasting Thai food I’ve had in years. This place used to be the best but now tastes like American food. No flavor, no authenticity, and the pork wontons were a surprise and chewy with a strange taste.
The service was great! The gals worked together and cared for the customers but man the food was terrible

If I could give them 10 stars, I would! My family and I came here tonight because we heard that they are very accommodating for people with gluten and dairy allergies. It was our first time ever having Thai food and we were a little overwhelmed at first, but our server was great! He helped us pick meals and not only did he explain how they accommodate for the GF community, he was also very happy to do it! Just about everything on their menu can be gf. The food was amazing, our server was amazing, and the price:food ratio was great too! We will definitely be going back!
