Visited for dinner 01/07/26 as we were staying at the Secrets resort a few mins away. We were blown away by not only the food and atmosphere, but the level of service received. From start to finish everything was beyond our expectations. We enjoyed the snow crab and oysters for appetizers which they poured dry ice on at the table, and the bread served was so fresh. Had a bottle of Spanish red wine, 14oz rib eye and a filet mignon for mains with an array of vegetables as a side and of course couldn’t pass up on the dessert once we watched the ‘video menu’ we picked the Cheesecake and Harry’s pie. We were seated outside and the views of the water were beautiful. I want to make special mentions to our waitstaff Concho and Angel. They were exceptional. The manager (I can’t remember name sorry) also checked on us not once, twice which showed they truly value each patrons experiences. We are still talking about it and will certainly tell everyone. We will definitely return for our next trip out there. Thank you, Jena & Patrick from Canada.

We had dinner at Harry’s Prime Steakhouse and Raw Bar and it was an amazing treat. The Rock shrimp tempura was possibly the best I have ever had. The filet mignon was cooked perfectly and both the parmesan fries and lobster macaroni were delicious. The service stood out as exceptional, just like we have seen at other Anderson’s Group restaurants. Javier and Charly took great care of us and made our night even more special. We ended the meal with a fantastic carrot cake and were surprised with cotton candy as a thank you. A must visit when in Cancun.

Disappointed and it’s not all Harry’s fault.
If I had to boil it down to the actual problem it was simply the expectation was far greater than the reality. Having watched video reviews and read so many great things I knew that I wanted to have the Harry’s experience for our special anniversary dinner while vacationing in Cancun. After having finished a meal filled with appetizers like the seafood platter and Caesar salad (Caesar Salad was very good seafood platter not so much), Entrees of Australian Waygu and Grilled Octupuss, along with cocktails and dessert I left with the feeling of empty disappointment. To be fair a lot of this disappointment was my own fault. I did not speak up when we entered to a nearly empty restaurant at 6pm for our reservation and were seated out side on the patio next to a fabric curtain on a chilly and windy 17 degree Celsius (63 Fahrenheit) night. Despite being very cold there were no blankets or heaters offered. I didn’t speak up when our medium rare steak arrived blue rare even though they slice it and serve the table seeing how blue the steak was through and through. I didn’t speak up when the tables around us received the iconic cotton candy finale with the bill and we did not. Being soft spoken it’s not in my nature to speak up. Sorry Harry’s I wish I had as I believe Harry’s has the ability and desire to deliver memorable nights to its guests it just wasn’t to be for our special night.
For those interested our meal consisted of the following:
Seafood Platter- 5/10 (under sized for the price and run of the mill items)
Caesar Salad 8/10 (really nice flavour and portion size)
Australian Waygu Ribeye 4/10 (under cooked but great flavour)
Grilled Octopus’s 4/10 (Blackened on one side so tough but gently cooked on the other side so tender)
Lobster Mac and Cheese 5/10 (tiny portion however 50/50 on lobster to noodle ratio and the cheese was bland)
Lemon Mousse Dessert 9/10 (The highlight of the meal very cool and different)
Cocktails 7/10 Well prepared though a limited with the Quartz being the standout.
One note on service- Service was overly attentive which sounds strange but having two waiters stand next to your table while you eat felt a bit strange and overbearing. Plates were cleared the moment your fork hit an empty plate even while your mate was still finishing their meal which maybe some prefer but I would prefer a bit more distance for a private conversation and plates to be cleared together so as not to pressure one to hurry up.
Total bill was about 7500 Pesos which was not more than expected had the evening been what had been hoped for.
I’m sorry Harry’s I wanted to love this dinner so badly and tell everyone that this is the place to go to make memories for any special occasion. Unfortunately it was memorable for the wrong reasons.

Took the wife here on her birthday. Everything was on point absolute best service best looking and tasting food in Cancun. We definitely will be back here every time we visit. Restaurant staff was super friendly, and they knew what we wanted before we asked and I love how the manager comes out to check on us.

Harry’s was EVERYTHING & MORE. The service was amazing. The atmosphere was welcoming and the views were breathtaking. We were so happy to catch the sunset. It was beautiful! Antonio and Julio were our servers and they were always on top of everything. They were friendly and knowledgeable. Got a few cocktails and were amazing. Now the food? Wow! Everything was delicious from start to finish. We got the beef carpaccio, oysters, and a few other apps, a porterhouse with the Mac & cheese. The dessert was amazing, we got the Harry’s pie! Would be back again for sure! Thank you for amazing service and memory!

What a beautiful location to enjoy dinner The service is beyond superb – every detail thought of. Rogazzo and Jesus took fantastic care of us and the manager, Jose takes a moment to make sure you are satisfied with everything Never had dinner finish with cotton candy before. What a treat! Highly recommend “the Quartz” cocktail, the risotto and any steak selection offered Fantastic!

Auturo-Austovo. . Fantastic fabulous. Nothing like this. We have dined all over the world. This by far is the best The service even surpassed my expectations. Our appetizers was wagyu beef on a hot plate. Our wine was from Italy. Shelley had too many expresso martinis. We ordered the fresh fish (which was a little dry). My salmon was fantastic. Really outstanding. Then the ultimate surprise was the Cotton candy gigantic egg on a stand. Oh by the way. I took a video of the bathroom which was over the top

We found Harry’s steakhouse and rawbar by chance and are so happy we did. We can honestly say it was one of the nicest meals we’ve ever had. Impossible to mention all the staff that looked after us but special mention to Yadir, Ovidio, Chali and Farfan who couldn’t have been more welcoming and attentive. The ambiance, service, genuinely top quality Steak and Seafood were absolutely faultless. Request a table on the terrace overlooking the water if you can, to make it even more special. Thank you team ‘Harry’s’, absolutely faultless.
