I have been a fan of Harry’s bar and grill but this just takes things to a whole new level. Lake was an amazing server and every recommendation was spot on. The food was outstanding and the vibe of the place was a nice combination of Harry’s bar and grill and something a bit more elevated. Probably one of the best meals and experiences I have had in a long time.

Lake and Savannah (Sav) were top notch. Made the BEST dirty martinis downtown Fred has to offer. The fried green tomatoes were UNREAL. Think OG southern FGT but the goat cheese throws in a little twist. So good! We also got the scallop and asparagus risotto….to die for. Honestly, the best food I have had downtown in a long time. Great atmosphere. Awesome service. 10/10

Enjoyed excellent food and first-rate professional-yet-welcoming service at this delightful new restaurant on two separate occasions. A classy addition to Fredericksburg’s restaurant scene. Definitely plan to return again and again.

Never knew this place existed until tonight. We wanted to have a few drinks before our reservations at another place in town. First impression of the place was “ehhh okay, let’s see”. It was pretty crowded at 6pm and that’s understandable. We sat at the bar and had a couple drinks. Beer selection was pretty poor. The food looked OK, but we didn’t want to ruin our appetites, so we just got the chips. They were pretty burnt, not too good.

Ok so I’ve been here twice. 1st visit we sat at the bar and had their espresso martini which was disgusting. Way too strong on the liquor side and the added cream made it even more gross. We then ordered some old fashions and they weren’t right. We kept having to ask for more add ons to basically doctor it up to make it acceptable at the least. The 2nd time we went was last Saturday night (Sep 2nd) at 9:40pm, they close at 11pm. We open the door and walk in only to be greeted with “sorry folks we just called last call”. An hour and 20 minutes before closing? Then I remembered my 1st visit, the bartender said and I quote “yea if it’s not busy by a certain time we decide to close”. Well good luck with that because now you’re going to be known for closing early and people aren’t going to bother. Definitely never going there again. Bad cocktails and bad service.

Finally stop by this restaurant. And I have no complaints. It was Saturday and we were seated fast, waitress was awesome, food came fast and had a great taste. Highly recommended.

We will not support this business as they canceled an event they had scheduled for a Meet and Greet of our new Elect Sheriff, as many times as my husband and I have frequented this restaurant with our 4 adult children we will no longer return, and we will pass on the word how bias they are and whose side of the law they are.
