Good burger shop on lower Thames with a big menu chalked full of sliders and brews. We stopped in for wings, burgers and beers, and Harry’s Bar made our dinner a dream . Fantastic staff that was very helpful in navigating the menu for us. All-in-all, I highly recommend Harry’s to anyone passing through this area looking for a burger shop that is fresh and upbeat. So CNN says it is the best burger in the world. Not so sure about that, but it is pretty flavorful. Late night food. Dog friendly (two tables on the outside) you may get hit by a car or drunk bike rider, but it is what it is. Local beer on tap and in cans. Sure to raise your blood pressure.

Had the chance to stop at Harry’s Bar & Burger in Newport recently, and it was delicious! Staff were so welcoming, friendly, and attentive. I was able to have the black bean veggie burger. They were made to order and great. Also, highly recommend the sweet potato fries! Hope to be back again soon

Stopped by after 3 pm and found half price burgers. We each ordered a different burger and sweet potato fries. Truly a 5-star spot! Our server was the sole worker away from the grill but handled 5 tables with ease. The burgers were cooked well done (as requested) which is rare these days. Most cooks/chefs cook your food THEIR way instead of how YOU want it. Well worth the 50% gratuity!

wife and I went to Harry’s first time. both had sliders at the bar with a shake one vanilla one chocolate, the food was great and the service was good. a bit on the slow side but the kitchen was really busy. The tables were all filled and they were getting many orders both in and to go.qualty was very good and we added a half mix of fries and onion strings. really large and very good. would go again when in Newport which we go to a lot. Street parking. The two sliders were very filling,some people ordered 3 but saw one guy who had six for himself. How did he do it? I eat a lot and the two with the fries and shakes filled me up. a good place to go but you have to walk down Thames St. quite a bit but it was well worth it. nice stores to shop in the area. Have a dog,see the dog shirt store across the way. Great shop.
