Had an awesome time at Harry the Hat’s Bar! The atmosphere was fun, drinks were great, and the service really stood out. Huge shout-out to Lexi, Danny, and Brandon — they were attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better. They kept the energy up and made us feel welcome the entire time. We have tried to love this place because we have a place within walking distance, but the staff truly does not care about any customer service. When we went last night, we sat and waited as the staff did shots with each other. Finally when the waitress made it over, she got our drink orders and proceeded to go back and have more mixed drinks instead of actually making ours. We overheard the waitresses joking about one of the staff just leaving and how they were going to get sick also. That was the icing on the cake after waiting 15 mins and still no drinks. The place was pretty empty btw. We ended up leaving. The girls serving seemed very drunk. When we said never mind and that we were leaving, they all looked at each other and asked why we were mad.

Worst karoke contest ever, judges picked locals that come there all the time, the so called rule 2000% were a lie, stage presence, yet a girl wearing a sweat suit won, an older local guy that is there all the time 2 best singers there not in top 3, even another guest who is in music business said completely not right. Manager lied straight to our face.Even announced that stage presentation was one way to judge yet 2 of winners had sweat pants on which ppl they were impressanating would never be dressed like that, if the rules aren’t really being judged why lie about it, also one that won hugged the male judge and talked to him for 2 minutes after, really not al all as promised and promoted

My husband and I decided to try Harry The Hats for a late supper. We went by Walmart and saw this bar with an interesting menu still open.
We were told the kitchen is open until 10:30. Just before we entered the server covering the floor was sent home. The bartender, however, was absolutely great! He managed the bar and handled our food order as well. The food was flavorful, served hot, and of good quality.
There is definitely a bar vibe, and it was obvious some patrons had been there for a while. But no one was rowdy or aggressive.
There is a separate room with pool tables. We hope to check out that area on our next visit.
