Enjoyed an early dinner at Harry Caray’s. The waiter was very attentive and offered us two different menus to choose from. We didn’t want to have a full-blown dinner, so we opted for the more pub style food. I really like the fact that they offer a cheaper selection of food as well. I ended up ordering the meatloaf with mashed potatoes. I also ordered two different types of IPA.

My first time here for lunch. I wanted to get a sense of what the steak was like, but I was not wanting a full on dinner. I’m also cautious about eating steak at a chain like restaurant.

Wasn’t sure how the hotel restaurant would hold up but was very surprised and happy by the level of service from our server Carlos. On top of it, the food was better than expected (steak, pork chop, broccoli, dessert). $65ish a steak which was perfectly cooked.

I had not been to a Harry Caray’s restaurant since things shut down in 2020. We decided to return for a lunch outing and we were not disappointed. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. I had the Holy Cow burger and holy cow, it was great!

We visited mid-afternoon. Our server was friendly but not attentive. My husband had to go to the front desk to have them tell our server we were ready to order.

It’s a cool atmosphere, and the service was decent enough. However, the menu was very expensive and the food, while OK, was definitely not extraordinary, certainly considering that the burger I had was a bit overcooked from what I ordered and the chicken on my wife’s plate was a bit dry. For three meals and an appetizer with no alcoholic beverages, we paid nearly $100. I would strongly suggest that the restaurant lower the price a bit. This might also explain the relative lack of other patrons.

We were in town for business part & we visited on our first evening. It’s a nice establishment, with an old pub atmosphere, however it is a bit tight, stuffy and loud, other than that, you’re good to go. The menu we felt was limited. Our staff was prompt and informative of the menu but were sharp when an inquiry was made. I think the overall vibe didn’t feel very welcoming to us & unfortunately due to that we didn’t make a second visit back. Fortunately, the food was good and that’s what counts!

As soon as my soup was put down I noticed a hair on it. I mentioned it right away as waitress was still at our table. Instead of an apology I received a look. She did replace soup. Soup was warm, not hot. It was my first bad experience here. My friend ordered grilled octopus and it was really tough.

Expensive, but good. The chicken pasta special with blistered tomatoes and spinach was delicious and the huge serving could definitely feed two people. Save room for dessert though as the flourless chocolate cake is so rich and delicious you’ll want to lick the plate clean.

A colleague recommended the chicken vesuvio here. I ordered the bone in half chicken. I’ve only had this dish once at another Italian restaurant. But Harry’s chicken Vesuvio was definitely a whole lot better than the other. The chicken was cooked well and not too over done. The key was the sauce the chicken rested in. It was amazing I could drink that sauce straight up. The peas and potatoes soaked up that sauce and every bite was filled with flavor. Amazing dish. I got it togo back to my hotel room and it was just so good. Definitely give this dish a shot.
