We ordered the Juicy Lucy and the Royale from their website. Different styles but both delicious. Juicy Lucy is a Minnesota style burger that resembles a cheese molten The Royale is a double patty steakburger. We added lettuce and tomato to both. I’d recommend either one honestly, depending on the type of burger you like. The Juicy Lucy is thicker but it was cooked just right, slightly pink in the middle the way I like my burgers, not overdone. I love love salted skinny fries without ketchup and the fries here are exactly that! I could have eaten a pound of them. I would definitely eat here again.

Harriet’s hamburgers, is a small restaurant with several/few locations through the Charlotte area. The Food which is not complex and straightforward 2 different burgers and several sides fries cheese curds. The drinks are speciality Harriet’s brand drinks like diet cola, cola, lemon lime..no Pepsi, no cola cola products, no teas. The atmosphere is nice, clean and polite service. The seating is minimal and if it was lunch time I can see most of it being occupied with some outside umbrella bench seats. The price was average and maybe little higher for burger side and drink for 2 with a tip. The burger was great as both of our sides fries and cheese curds. The drink was fine but was a little different and may take little getting use to because it’s a different flavor that hadn’t really had before (Has a different taste than traditional cola). We will return for sure only wish they would offer more drink selections that are more common instead of their brand. Overall we enjoyed it.

Oh my gosh… The Royale was seriously one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. I’m exercising some restraint by not going straight back to the counter and ordering another one immediately. It’s nothing fancy – just a simple cheeseburger with excellent, fresh ingredients and prepared exceptionally well. The fries were serviceable. My only complaint was the ketchup on the ketchup dispenser tasted old. I’m only in town for another week, and I will 100% be back before I go!

From the moment I walked into the Concord Harriet’s Hamburgers, I was greeted warmly and felt valued as a customer. The atmosphere is fun, upbeat, and professional. The team members all appeared to like their jobs and were happy to be there.
I chose to try the regular burger with a small fry. The creamy white American cheese made their burger stand out from others I have tried. The sauce and pickles were also perfection. I really like the different sauces you can try with your fries. This location is not super close to me, which is probably a good thing since I would be a regular. Definitely plan to stop by again soon!

We tried Harriet’s burgers since it is new to Concord, NC. The ordering process from the app was very simple except I couldn’t redeem my free burger using the points. The time for the food to be ready was very fast. When we picked up the food, I was surprised to get only one bag for the items we ordered. I asked if this all and she said yes. In the car we checked and only receive our bag with fries and sides. This is an issue when no one is double checking the orders. Now for how the food tastes:
The burgers are good but not the best in Concord. The fries were pretty good and seem to be seasoned well.
Now for the negatives:
The Cheese Curds, it’s 7 dollars! You get a little bag. Please see the photo. The one we got was also very salty.
The total for our 4 burgers 4 fries and 1 cheese curd is over 80 dollars. So technically 20+ dollars each. In my opinion it’s just too pricey for what we got especially for that price with no drinks. It made the whole experience somewhat underwhelming.

The burgers are made to order so they come out hot and fresh. I went with the OG and added bacon with cheese curds as a side. It was all delicious! The staff and manager were fantastic. I felt very welcome and the manager even greeted me by name again later. Check them out !

I would recommend paying attention to traffic. The line leading into Biscuitville runs into the street. But, you can maneuver into the parking lot if people are nice and not blocking the entrance.
The staff was friendly and helpful with ordering. I heard about their Jucy Lucy buger, which isn’t displayed on the menu. It’s two of the burgers mixed together with cheese in the middle. I got it with fries and their special Agua Fresca. I tried their variety of sauces but landed on their garlic aioli.
I must say, it was simply good. Everything from the bun and condiments to the burger itself weren’t fancy. But, that was the point. They use high quality ingredients and you taste it. Even the fries were cooked to perfection and each one was crispy. The agia fresca was very flavorful and deliciously sweet. I think we found our new burger spot.

New place, new experience. The food (hamburger, was good, but not cheap.) More like 5 Guy prices. The menu is simple: 2 burger choices, fries & cheese curds. That’s the menu. The service was excellent. The parking was fine, but I can see it being tight on certain days. They share a parking lot with Beulla’s Chicken next door. My only issue, I asked for crispy bacon on my burger, but it wasn’t. Not a deal breaker, the burger was still good. They have cheese curds, which were excellent, BUT they didn’t have marinara sauce for them. Not a deal breaker, but most places serve them with marinara. They are still very new. We’ll give them the benefit of the doubt. So, give it a shot, everything was good and judge for your self.

I wasn’t that impressed. I felt the burger was sloppy. Fries weren’t hot, they were lukewarm. The hamburger bun itself was good. I had specifically stated I didn’t want a lot of meat (as in a thick burger), so I asked how big or thin or the burgers they told me they were very thin and recommended a double. However, it was too thick and it presented a sloppy burger with the cheese and the dressings that was on it. So I didn’t enjoy it and I really didn’t get a good taste of the burger. Next time, perhaps I will try a kids meal and not one of the other burgers that has so much on it to where you’re not actually tasting the meat of the burger. However, service was great, and the inside was clean.

Our first time enjoying Harriet’s Burgers but definitely will not be our last!! We ordered online, it was super easy. We picked up our food that was ready to go when we got there and safely packed away in an insulated bag to keep everything warm. When we got home everything was so nicely packaged that you couldn’t even tell we just drove 20min. The burgers were double wrapped to keep everything warm and delicious. Their marketing was spot on, “Kiddos be good” on their burger paper and individual little boxes for them. The burgers were delicious (especially the pickles! ) But the highlight of it all though was the CHEESE CURDS!! Thanks for a wonderful dinner in spite of the snowmageddon happening all around us.
