Harpers was amazing. The bartender Leann was fantastic from the start. Smiling and great personality. We ordered the Grab Ragoons to start. Perfects crispy and melted in the middle. They make them in house. Then for our main course we got the mushroom Swiss burger and FF. Oh my lord. Amazingness! That’s all I have to say. This place is amazing. I’ll def be back!

I should have listened to the Google reviews. It was at 3.6 stars. I went here because every other place had a wait and it was full of OSU fans on game day. $5 cover to get in and there wasn’t even a band or anything. The gratuity is automatically put on every bill and they make you close out after every food or drink you order. Very odd. Bar tenders would take an empty bottle and not offer to refill it. Got the nachos and they were about the worst I’ve ever had. Like someone went to the grocery store and got the ingredients then dumped it on a tray and microwaved it 10 sec to melt the cheese. They do brew their own beer and the one I tried was decent.

Been here an hour. Restaurant empty. Servers rude and disrespectful. Don’t know about good as haven’t gotten any yet….. Update: was about to walk out when food finally arrived : Hot items, even French fries, were lukewarm. Salad mostly inedible iceberg (at least they gave me 1/2 off) Our poor server, Grant was good and probably best thing about the experience. He tried but remaining staff conduct unacceptable.

If I could give it, zero stars I would. Went there yesterday for lunch with a friend, we should’ve walked out when our shoes stuck to the floor as bad as they did. The floor was so sticky it was disgusting. We failed to read reviews before entering otherwise we probably would never of gone. I do not suggest this place to anyone. I do believe my friend thought her beer was OK, but my mixed cocktail tasted like mostly water. If they weren’t capable of making a cocktail I would’ve rather have been told that then being served a terrible drink. I had a Reuben sandwich and the corn beef was very very over cooked and super dry, the fries were greasy. My friends nachos came out cold. The waiter we had was very underwhelming and what appeared to be a manager/possible owner of the bar seemed very frazzled and less than interested in this place himself. 0 out of 5 stars. Will not go back.

We had our worst experience EVER at Harper’s. It was empty ( 1 other table seated) and we had a party of 6. 3 drinks were wrong, it took an hour to get appetizers, and when they finally arrived, they were ICE cold. We had to go hunt staff down for any help, or questions and when the manager came to talk to us, she was in a sports bra and leggings ( straight from the gym maybe?) For the first time ever, I canceled our order and left. Will NOT be back. Just completely dissaponted in this place!

Our entire group had problems with their food. Mozzarella sticks were cold, the mushrooms on the burger were cold, no caso on the nachos when asked for caso, very dirty atmosphere, every employee just sat around and we even heard one employee tell another couple to just wave at her if they need anything. I will not be back.

Was physically assaulted by 2 bouncers after going on the patio when I didn’t know it was closed. I tried to open the door to get back in but it was locked only on the outside. 2 bouncers approached me and they immediately grabbed everything out of my hands very aggressively and told me I had to go. When I told them I didn’t know how to get out (because it was dark out) they physically grabbed me and picked me up and threw me out. Arms were severely bruised after. Lucky I didn’t call the police. Never go to this place. zero stars.

The drink specials were pretty decent but it’s not extremely handicap friendly. If you don’t have some people with you to help you you’re probably not getting inside if you’re in a wheelchair as the elevator was locked and the back alley door with a ramp has no handle.

Website said they were open from 11am today. We arrived at 2pm. No sign saying their hours were different, but the door was locked. We waited at a bar across the street till 3. Still not open. We called multiple times. No answers. We waited more. Called at 3:30. Still nothing. Checked the doors at 3:45. Still locked.
