We visited Harper’s for my husband’s birthday dinner, and it was our first time there. The vibe was wonderful, warm and inviting. The service was amazing, attentive, and friendly, and the food was great. The menu had a nice variety of options and kid friendly which was a plus. I have been on the hunt for a good Bloody Mary in Greensboro for the last year and have not been able to find one. I just an AMAZING Bloody Mary at Harper’s!! Jenny made it ABSOLUTELY perfect and extra spicy just how I like it Ed was my waiter and he was so kind and very attentive! I had sat in the bar area. Have never been here before and I will for sure be back!

The restaurant separates the bar from typical dining. I ate in the bar area. It was very pleasant and all of the servers were extremely attentive. I had the grilled pork chop which was perfectly seasoned, tender, and juicy. Prices are very reasonable. I will definitely return!!

Avoid the bar service.
The food is good, I enjoy it. Normally the service is on point but today I sat in the bar section. There weren’t many people there. I sat in the booth near the entrance and no one came to take my order. I watched the waitress walk in and out of the entrance twice; she never looked my way. I got up to leave and told her I was leaving because of her lack of service. She apologized but then asked me where I was sitting. I was sitting at the front! I never had a problem before. But I never sat on the bar section. A friend told me that area was slow. I won’t be going back anytime soon.

Carly was fantastic and very attentive. Food was on the money I had the ribs which had great smoke and friends had salmon and chicken which also were very good. The homemade mustard sauce is a must try.

I made reservations for 6:00pm on a Saturday night. We were sent text messages to confirm reservation time on the day and up to 30 minutes of our set time. The food was wonderful and the staff were nice. We placed our order and received our food in no time. I recommend the Smoky Bacon Deviled Eggs and the Scottish Salmon. We were a party of 8 and everyone enjoyed their meals. We look forward for our next dinner at Harper’s Restauraunt. Thank you.

I am not sure if Harper’s had a bad day and I was told multiple times that there are new cooks hired for the holidays. The sandwiches took 35 minutes to come out and then they came out cold with the wrong ingredients. I told the server it had the wrong cheese, she asked if I want a piece of cheese, smh. (no- I would like the manager).The manager came by and I explained the type of cheese and spicy mayo that is supposed to be on the sandwhich. So on the second go round the sandwhiches were made correctly but still cold. We asked for a side of buffalo sauce and was brought a bottle of Texas Pete and the server said they told me this is our buffalo sauce. I’ve never sent an order back and then get mid food the second time. Have I put Harper’s too high on the pedestal or is this another Greensboro restaurant going down the drain. It was the most over priced, low budget experience. Harper’s you all need to do better with your food, servers and management!!
